Comment : Took my truck to BUDS for a check engine light and when I picked it up, one of the their guys backed a truck into my truck and caused major damage. Mark my advisor, promised me they would pay to fix it and would make it right. Next, Paul the manager called me and asked to get some estimates so I did. I got one estimate for $2400 a 2 day fix and Paul said they would only pay 1500 from the cheapest repair shop around. So I did a $1500 patch job with Bondo took 10 days. Rental car they wouldn t pay ethier and I paid $1500 out of my pocket to the auto body shop to get my truck and BUDS never reimburse me. No follow up call? no nothing? Crazy. The worst part about it the check engine light is still on and the $3,400 repair didn t fix my problem. Comment : They were fast and friendly, got me right in for service without an appointment. But they charged me $20 to use my credit card which I thought was too high a charge. I was not happy about that.

Comment : Called in and spoke to Mark about a check engine code that I had on my 2015 Duramax. He was able to get me in quickly and get my truck completely diagnosed for what I brought it in for on top of some other maintenance related categories. Appreciated the digital break down of the recommended repairs/services with associated costs and approving just what I wanted done without any pushy sales tactics. Took a couple days to get the parts in but BUD s had the truck put together pretty much same day as they received the parts. Will be going back for future diesel needs for sureCalled in and spoke to Mark about a check engine code that I had on my 2015 Duramax. Comment : Been looking for a diesel repair shop for my 04 Duramax. Found Bud s online and was impressed with the reviews. Knowing some reviews are dubious at best. Went to the shop and found it clean and well organized. I left my truck for them to check out several fault codes. They determined the problems quickly along with a complete inspection and recommendations.My truck was repaired quickly and the recommendations were fully explained. Some for later repair others for a wait and see.It seems everything with diesel trucks is expensive, but I feel the charges were reasonable.I would recommend Bud s Diesel for your maintenance and repair.Been looking for a diesel repair shop for my 04 Duramax. Comment : For my 2012, 2500 HD Silverado Duramax diesel repairs it s my choice is Buds Diesel. My Silverado diesel 2012 was manufactured with a bad design the fuel pump kept going out under warranty and extended warranty. So after three replacement fuel pumps, founded out by taking my truck to Buds Diesel my year tuck fuel pump is a bad fuel pump the fix for this year truck is to put in a different fuel pump in, a CP3 Duramax fuel pump. This CP3 fuel pump has not failed me. Now my current problem was this California emission problem check engine light again took my truck to bud diesel diagnostics indicated what needed to be replaced. Comment : Went there for a pre-purchase inspection of a Ram 3/4 ton. They did a very thorough inspection and provided me with a pretty detailed report of there findings. They are not the cheapest guys in town, but you get what you pay for! It was definitely worth the investment and would use them again!
