Comment : Terrible service had triple A tow me here when I arrived, the ?mechanic? in the shop ignored the triple A driver, and me, then when I went to ask how much a new tire would cost, he had no response to it because bro didn?t even speak English! I was on a timed schedule and needed the job on my car done ASAP! and I was told I had to wait to get the work on my car done because who ever was in charge of the shop wasn?t going Ben there. I went across the street, and got better service and a new wheel within 15 minutes. VERY Disappointed with this place why would triple A even consider these people ????

Comment : My car was bought in FLa and it was Nissan 350z Nismo which was not cheap to repair if I had of known how much was wrong I would not have bought it buddy's told me that there Wawa bunch of things wrong when I first took the car in but each time I took the car in they told me what was wrong and what it would cost me to repair and what was likely to go wrong with it in the future so each time. I had them repair. Whatever was wrong and today it is running like it was supposed to do.i had my car in nissean dealerships and they refused to repair saying it was too complicated but buddy's fixed it and i will be forever grateful to them for the patience they have shown me!

Comment : Excellent service, takes care of the details. Communicates what's going on. I've been to many auto and tire stores over the years. I was recently referred here for some work that was covered under and extended warranty. Eddie took care of all the details and kept me informed.

Comment : Broke down?..Had my work truck ?2014 Raptor? towed into Buddys, it was not a cheap or easy task to fix this thing. But Eddie got it diagnosed pretty quick, he gave me an honest and fair cost on both labor and parts, didn?t upsell me on unnecessary stuff, saved me a lot of money and had me back in business quick.

Comment : My Work Truck broke down...... . A 2014 Raptor . Which can be really expensive if taken to the wrong shop. Eddie took care of me at Buddys Auto, he got it diagnosed fast , didn't try and upsell me on all the BS like most shops do, and fixed the issue at a quarter of what Chat GPT said it would cost . Thanks Eddie!

Comment : Took my car in which is under an extended warranty- Eddie communicated all repairs what was covered and what was not. Did not upsell- and made sure I understood step by step what was needed. Car warranty?s can be very difficult to work with- he got what was covered fixed and I?m a now life long client.
