Comment : Apparently I dropped off a vehicle for an issue to be fixed, sure glad it?s still making the same noise it was when dropped off. Thanks smail for charging and expecting payment for an issue that you obviously have no idea how to fix because you can?t identify a problem! Video from before vehicle was dropped off and video when attempting to pick up vehicle have both been obtained.

Comment : I had my truck inspected here, the service was fast and convenient, I was able to drop my truck off and go do errands with my wife, we were done with our errands around the same time my truck was ready to be picked up.

Comment : Went there to get my car serviced. The exhaust system was loud, and it was covered by the Ford warranty. Their service was excellent, and I had no issues with that.

One thing to note; when I left the car there overnight to get evaluated, I left the key in an envelope. At some point it got marked that I wanted a full service oil change (when I only brought it in to have the exhaust fixed - I verbally confirmed this making the appointment). I didn't mention getting an oil change. I guess at some point the next day, it was mentioned to me that my car was getting "the works" which I misunderstood as being looked at, and not an oil changing package that was $100.

When I went to pick up the car, I assumed the money was for the deductible on the warranty. When I got home, I noticed it was for an oil change. I called them and they explained the misunderstanding. I was told that they would "make it right," but they never elaborated what that meant and I was never refunded. Just please double check and have any repair service (this place or otherwise) call and confirm any services.

Edit: updated to a five-star. They gave me a phone call and reimbursed me for the services.
