Comment : Was called to let me know parts arrived and we could schedule service. Left work and drove 45 minutes to the shop only to find out 15 minutes later that they didn’t have all the parts and would have to reschedule.

Comment : Careful what you look at - was interested in a 2016 Cadillac that had passed all inspections - until the day I went to purchase it and suddenly the entire back axel needed replaced.

Dealership refused to fix the issue and wanted me to buy the car broken and get a warranty to fix the axel. DOUG the dealer I had refused multiple times to let me see inspection records or negotiate a lower price/ how to fix the "sudden" issue; I ended up walking away and purchasing elsewhere.

Comment : Craig in service was super duper helpful. Everything went smoothly with getting new tires on our Bronco Sport. And the taxi service was super convenient so I did not have to wait. Also Kudos to Craig for filling out the 100 rebate for the tires.
