Comment : They had it for a month and supposedly fixed the transmission. Drove it for the first time and is doing the same thing!

Edit to add that this is basically a Ford problem, a known issue with their transmissions, not the individual dealership.

Second edit, turns out it was a software issue, not transmission. Waiting for my refund
