They have helped me with my car and even let it stay at their shop throughout the process because I couldn?t drive it at the time due to car issues. I have never experienced customer service quite like Buckley?s!!!! You will leave happy!!!

Comment : Absolutely spectacular experience here. Got my car towed to this place after breaking down, and despite being near closing time, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Diagnosis and repairs were incredibly expeditious, and reasonably priced at that. Top-notch customer service as well, Steve and his coworkers were wonderful to work with, 10/10.

Comment : Traveling for work for the Department of War from VA to N.Y., my truck had a sudden brake failure on I-95N. I pulled off at the next exit and got towed to Buckley?s which was the nearest AAA approved repair shop. After learning of my despair and urgency to get back on the road to support the mission, Steve and his team immediately assessed and repaired my truck. Myself, along with my command, are grateful for their efforts and appreciate their diligence and dedication. ????

Comment : I stopped by Buckley?s right off the highway in a bit of a damsel-in-distress moment. The owner greeted me as I walked in, was very friendly and listened to what was going on and offered to scan my car to detect serious issues. He was thorough, knowledgeable and kind. He helped my husband (who was not with me) feel better about me continuing on with my trip. I was deeply grateful for the help in my time of need and impressed by the professionalism and care. If I lived local, I?d go to Buckley?s with anything!
