Comment : After a 40+ year loyal customer with 3 vehicles at Kirkwood Auto it was time to validate their estimates. I would recommend people do their due diligence. My wife and I are happy to report that the Buckley's team has gained our complete confidence in servicing our vehicles. I stopped by and introduced myself to Ashley and Steve who I fould to be very friendly and professional. We had a complete brake job (pads and rotors on front and back, and rear calipers) performed. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Buckley's.

Comment : PLEASE GO TO BUCKLEYS THIS PLACE IS PHENOMENAL!!!! They have helped me with my car and even let it stay at their shop throughout the process because I couldn?t drive it at the time due to car issues. I have never experienced customer service quite like Buckley?s!!!! You will leave happy!!!

Comment : Absolutely spectacular experience here. Got my car towed to this place after breaking down, and despite being near closing time, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Diagnosis and repairs were incredibly expeditious, and reasonably priced at that. Top-notch customer service as well, Steve and his coworkers were wonderful to work with, 10/10.

Comment : Traveling for work for the Department of War from VA to N.Y., my truck had a sudden brake failure on I-95N. I pulled off at the next exit and got towed to Buckley?s which was the nearest AAA approved repair shop. After learning of my despair and urgency to get back on the road to support the mission, Steve and his team immediately assessed and repaired my truck. Myself, along with my command, are grateful for their efforts and appreciate their diligence and dedication. ????
