Comment : Up until now they have been great. Took my car in initially after having 4 new tires installed. I was getting a shimmy after the install and asked them to road force balance the new tires.
So they then tell me I have 3 bent rims, nothing about anything being wrong with the new tires. So I schedule to have 4 new rims installed, wondering how 3 rims got bent, the car barely has 75,000 miles on it. Two of the rims they were telling me were bent were almost new bought from Germain Toyota in September 2022. So I go ahead and schedule to have 4 new rims installed. $1400 for the rims. Leaving the dealer driving home, the car is still doing the same thing after the rims were installed, shimmying. So called them, and got a hold of the manager. He had me bring it in, gave me a rental overnight. Got a call this morning that one of the new tires is bad on the front. So I really do not think I had three bent rims at all just one bad tire to begin with that should have been caught the first time it was brought in. So now I have a shimmying car still and a bad tire after $1400 worth of new rims I most likely did not need at all.
Needless to say I will not be returning to this dealer.

Comment : Got my car done, estimate was $537, got the work done was $637, $200 for the labor, $70 for the lube brake pads, i went in for my brake pads and rotors. Very disappointed, the brakes and rotors on rock auto was $43.

Comment : I went in for an oil change, and I have never had any problems with my car not running right or the dash lighting up, but after I left from my oil change, I turned on my car, and the dash was lit up, and it has never happened to me before. Also, they normally give you a paper with everything that was good on your car and things that they would recommend to be fixed or changed, and I never got one. I asked Rob why it was like that, and he told me my car came in like that. I drove it off the lot, and my car had no power at all, and I was unable to drive over 20 mph. I took it back to them and talked to the reception lady to tell her what was going on, and she went to talk to Rob, and he started getting annoying and throwing his hands up at her. Rob came up to me and started getting mouthy with me and was talking to me like I was dumb. They had told me there was nothing they could do but clear the codes and that they didn't know what was wrong with it.

Comment : I could go on and on about my distaste and ill feelings towards this place, but I'll summarize it by saying they are less than helpful and impossible to reach or get a return call from. I have only had my vehicle for two months and already need to take it back in a second time, but can't even get a return call. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIS IS A TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!Edit to add: I love that you offer for me to call or text you without an alternative resource other than the than what I already have that isn't working. So again, thanks for being unhelpful. Comment : We live in Westerville and We needed to order a Toyota Rav 4 to be delivered within a certain time frame. We contacted and went personally to multiple Toyota Dealers in the Columbus area and went were blown off or just told they d see what they could do. We couldn t get anyone to return our calls. So we ended up talking to Zach at Buckeye Toyota in Lancaster and he took care of us. Kept us updated on the delivery time. Even when it looked like the car may not come in on time. He always kept us informed exactly where it was in the delivery process. The car did come in and the purchase process was quick and easy.
