So we ended up talking to Zach at Buckeye Toyota in Lancaster and he took care of us. Kept us updated on the delivery time. Even when it looked like the car may not come in on time. He always kept us informed exactly where it was in the delivery process. The car did come in and the purchase process was quick and easy. Shortly after it started losing oil like crazy, I would call and talk to Robert he said just keep eye out and top it off when need to just keep track how much oil your burning. So that s what I did until it was burning a lot of oil. After that He said these cars are known for burning oil, motors blowing up etc etc. He said when the check engine light comes on that s when they will finally do something well a week and half ago my check engine light came on and my suv started sputtering. So I called and they were too busy to talk to me. Never returned my call. So I scheduled an appointment Robert said when I got there today that he knows what s going on with my vehicle so he will look into it. An hour goes by and he calls me and says my Tucson needs a new engine. I m telling you do not get a vehicle from buckeye Toyota in Lancaster. Robert aka Ricky said this is his second Hyundai that they had the same problem only owning it a year and half he blamed Kia.
