Comment : Buckeye Nissan is always above and beyond in every way. Tracy Riesler was our salesman and he was exemplary! He helped my fianc? pick out her new 2025 Sentra, and was very patient and incredibly thorough! He took time to discuss all of our options, answer all of our questions, and made sure that we had all the information we needed before making a big decision. Overall, this was the ideal car buying experience. Tracy truly cares about picking a vehicle that suits your needs while also helping you staying inside of your budget. He treated us like family. Comment : This dealership is hands down one of the best places to go to whether you need repairs, or are looking for a new vehicle. I ve used the service department faithfully for years, and when my Altima finally gave out and it was time to replace her I figured I d take a look at what they had in stock. I was lucky enough to get paired with salesman Tracy Rieser, who went above and beyond to look through used and new options to see what would be best for me. He was so patient even when I got emotional comparing every vehicle we looked at to my car that was broken on the lot. I can t express enough how thankful I am that even though Tracy knew my car was broken and unusable he didn t try to rush me into a car that wasn t right for me, he took the time to even pull a brand new car from a partner dealership that I ended up going home with. I went into my appointment worried that I d have to settle, but this dealership worked with my budget and I ended up leaving in a brand new Sentra with all the bells and whistles and I couldn t be happier driving her around. Comment : Public chargers are always blocked by ariya loaner vehicles that are not being charged not sure if they're trying to keep people away. Also usually an angry lot tech that will combat you a little about charging there but will not directly tell you not to charge here. Charges work well otherwise.

Comment : I was a little anxious to go car shopping. I had my other vehicle for over 7 years and wanted to keep it forever. The transmission however had other ideas. Upon arriving to Buckeye Nissan, I was greeted by my Salesman Tracy holding the door open for me. His kind and welcoming demeanor just put all of my nerves to rest. He went out of his way to make me comfortable and kept very informed about the vehicle features, financing process and much more. On our test drive we even shared common interests and passions for faith and family. Tracy picked out such a great fit for me with a Nissan Rogue that I knew it was the one. Comment : We arrived at Buckeye Nissan pretty early in our car shopping experience and were greeted by Tracy Rieser in the parking lot. From the very beginning he was helpful, friendly, compassionate and humble. What sold us on wanting to purchase a car from him was his willingness to admit things he didn't know and to confirm details with others. It made my wife and I trust him more and to know that he wasn't trying to pull something over us. This is a quality that more salesman should emulate!Tracy went above and beyond to find our vehicle at another dealership and to transfer it for us.
