Comment : Biggest reason why they call them “stealerships”

They love to get you in with great deals on tires and then make a killing from naive customers by lying and scaring you by taking pictures of nothing but saying it’s a life or death deal that needs to be paid for then. Example being they say that your 2012 Accord needs a steering shaft when you don’t and the pictures they take , and want to charge $1,500 for a 3 and 9 month service without even describing what it entails on the paper that they give you.

The sales people might be kind and good people but the service department is downright predatory

Comment : Severely took advantage of my mom and sister with a horrible interest rate and down payment requirement. They are taking advantage of people who don't know better. Buyer beware.

Comment : Sold my mom a vehicle with a lifetime powertrain warranty and now won't honor it. Don't be scammed. Somehow piston rings are not covered under warranty

Comment : I recently bought my second vehicle from Buckeye Honda. With my first vehicle I always took it there for maintenance and was always met with the best customer service and plan to do the same with my most recent purchase. Both vehicles I’ve bought specifically from Tammy and she is always a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend this dealership and highly recommend Tammy!!!
