Comment : After a less-than-stellar experience at another Honda dealer, we have been very happy with Seth Lawrence and the rest of the Buckeye crew. They listened to what WE wanted and found that exact car instead of trying to force us into whatever they happened to have on the lot.

Comment : I had just started a 10 hour road trip when i started hearing scraping from underneath my Civic. Buckeye Honda was the closest Honda dealership so I drove there. They looked underneath my car and saw that my heat shield was loose. They were kind enough to take my car back immediately and resecured my heat shield so that I could safely continue my journey. I was in and out in about a half hour. My interaction with them was brief but they were supremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat

Comment : My wife called about a CRV around 7:45 on Wednesday, left a message to make an appointment at 4:30 - which was confirmed via text.
When we arrived at 4:30 the car had already been sold, BUT … there were more expensive CRV’s to look at.

No thank you

It would seem that by calling that early in the morning, and confirming an appointment that we would be assured that the car would be reserved for us to look at.

Not so.

At the very least, if there was someone scheduled ahead of us we should have been informed of that.

Further, since the car was sold prior to our arrival, a phone call telling us it was no longer available would have been nice since we drove half an hour to get there.

Sadly, this is the second time this has happened.

Earlier this year we went to look at a vehicle and the salesman ushered us to a different car than what we wanted, then explained that there were 2 people scheduled to look at the same car at the same time.

We took the other car for a test drive
( didn’t care for it ) asked about the CRV we came to see and we were informed that it was being purchased.

It is little wonder that companies like Carvana are so successful.

Comment : I’m a repeat customer. Bought a new Odyssey in 2015 and a Pilot in 2025. Buckeye Honda didn’t have exactly what I wanted on there lot but Chad Balsar said he would find one. There was only two Pilots across the state of Ohio that had exactly what we wanted. Chad and his Team acquired one of those two available vehicles and had it shipped and ready for us ready to go in just a few days. I didn’t have to waste my entire weekend driving 3-hrs, or take time off of work during the week, to some random Honda dealer to acquire the car we wanted. Buckeye Honda did all the work for me and I was able to deal local. Best part is I didn’t pay anymore for the vehicle than what it was listed for. Very happy!
