Comment : I took my Husbands and my vehicle in to be checked at Browns Automotive on Golf Course. From onset we found them to be friendly, helpful and honest. They even sent pictures of all issues. The repairs were done and our car is running great now! I even received a phone call from them just to check on how our car was running. I would definitely let friends or family know about them. They're great! Thanks guys!

Comment : Browns Automotive is now our preferred place of business to take all of our vehicles. They were in constant communication and updated us with all the work being done on our vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone!

Comment : Safety Concern! The mechanics are missing steps!
Between my husbands truck and mine, 3 out of 4 services had a negative outcome. 2 were a safety issue!
1. After my 1st inspection/oil change my unique wheel lock tool in my glove compartment was removed and not put back. Luckily I didn’t need it until my tire service at Discount Tire and they had an extra one.
2. After my husbands 1st inspection/oil change a bolt on his air filter cap was missing. Luckily he’s also a mechanic, noticed and replaced it.
3. My husbands 2nd oil change he asked them not to worry about the air filters because he can do them. Later that day his truck was leaking oil in the driveway. His oil cap was missing and oil was leaking everywhere! It was the weekend so he had to go out and spend almost $40 on a new one. Again, lucky he knows how to fix it himself.
For those of us without this knowledge this could become a safety concern.

Comment : Called to get a quote on replacing pads and rotors on my 4runner. I was extremely clear that was what I was calling for. After collecting my personal data, they told me "there is no way I can give you a quote on that". What kind of "automotive experts" can't quote a brake job?
