Comment : They charged me $220 just to look at the car, even though they never found what my regular mechanic found. He eventually fixed it, but no thanks to them, and less than half of what they wanted to charge me. So they charged me $220 for absolutely nothing, and wanted to overcharge me. They also wouldn't apply the $220 to fix what they thought was the problem. In the end, that saved me money since my regular mechanic charged way less than they would have, but they still got $220 for nothing. I had to have the car towed from Browning to my mechanic. They were also rude. They asked if I had a ride home, and when I said "no," they didn't offer a ride, so I don't understand why they bothered asking if I had one. I'll never buy another Mazda because there are no decent Mazda Service Centers within 30 miles of where I live. Every single Mazda Service Center has terrible reviews. The people who answer the calls are extremely rude. I'd rather pay more for a Toyota and get decent service.
