Comment : For oil changes, the process has been pretty easy. I drop off by 8 am and can pick it up in the afternoon. They don't do appointments for oil changes. The last time, they even took the time to scrape off the old oil change sticker residue from my windshield. Cost wise, it's a bit more (like $80-$90) than what I've paid in the past at other places, but the location is convenient. They also fixed an electrical issue that caused my car door power buttons to stop working. I have no idea how long it should take to find the issue; it took them a few days. I appreciated Greg keeping me posted on progress and he even called back a few days after I got the car to check on it. He also kept me informed about the cost and it came in around what he said. Some past repairs I've had were costly, like fixing wheel bearings, but they also gave me coupons to use for future jobs. I've always had a pleasant experience here!
