Comment : I went to Goodyear with a flat tire caused by a screw. The tire is less than two years old. After a quick look, the front desk told me it could not be repaired and that because I have a 4WD vehicle, I would need to replace all four tires.
That did not sound right, so I went to Mr. Tire on Warren Road. They inspected the tire, confirmed it was repairable, and fixed it for $50 with no issue.
Based on this experience, I feel I was given misleading information and pushed toward an unnecessary and expensive replacement. I would recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to major work here.

Comment : I am a PA resident with family in MD. I have used the Padonia Road location of Brooks & Huff for over 30 years. They cannot always work miracles of timing but they always provide “options”. The staff (especially Martin Gamble) is very customer oriented.

I don’t like auto dealers who charge a high diagnostic fee even when you arrive at their dealership telling them that you are 99% sure that you need a new battery. I made an appointment with B&H for this morning as I needed new front brakes. There were some other factors that made my visit a little longer than I expected but when you are treated fairly and without condesention, you can easily adjust your impatience, especially when you bring a thick paperback book.They do a wide variety of work and that makes me seek their opinion first before calling any other provider. I wish that they still had Saturday hours but Covid changed the world in a lot of non-medical ways so by stating my preference, I am not making a complaint. I’m sure that the firm gave considerable thought before making that decision😀😀😀

Comment : Brooks Hough did a fantastic job communicating all of the needs for the vehicle about what was necessary and what was recommended. I felt no pressure only education from all of the people that I spoke with. I will definitely go back. I had them do an oil change and alignment replace my tires and wipers and it was a fair price

Comment : This is my go-to auto repair place. Another company wanted to charge a $180 diagnostic fee to fix my windshield wiper fluid dispenser. Gamble simply adjusted a hose and charged me $0.

Comment : I had to have a used car, looked at quickly to help make a decision on whether to buy it. As always, they welcomed the challenge and told me to come right over. They took about an hour to look the car over, charged me a very fair amount, gave me a detailed report on what they found, which made my decision about the car very easy. Great family owned business. I trust them.
