Comment : Had a pretty negative experience with this place. I had a gift certificate won from a golf tournament to have my oil changed and tires rotated and they seemed irritated that I actually used it. I’m not sure why they would have contributed a gift certificate if they didn’t really want people to use it. The blonde woman was so rude to me it was almost kind of comical, she actually rolled her eyes at the gift certificate in front of me. I literally had to ask her if the transaction between us was done because she couldn’t even speak to me. I live around the corner so I would have continued to use their services going forward. I also have a really large Italian family in Lutherville timonium that I would have happily recommended brooks-huff to. I also suspected the reason they were upset I used the gift certificate was because they were trying to overcharge me. Precision auto performed the same services for me for about $50 less. I can’t speak for the other locations but I’d avoid the timonium one. I feel bad for the mechanics the woman working their front desk is losing business for.

Comment : Took car in for a tire repair and entire staff was very nice and accommodating. Offered shuttle service but was not needed as they were able to repair tire and get me on my way very quickly. I will be a returning customer.

Comment : 2023: I have been bringing my families vehicles to this location for over 5 years. There are half a dozen mechanic shops between my house and this Brooks-Huff Auto Center, but I pass them all to get to B&H. These folks are always honest with their assessments and provide very timely, professional work. They are always very flexible and provide timeframes that work for my needs. There is nothing better than finding a great mechanic, and this is truly one of them.

2025: Inflation appears to have struck, my last oil change and recent tire patch came with a very noticeable increase in cost. They were still professional and timely, even fit me in ahead of schedule. Five years ago we had nails pulled and patched for no charge, those days appear to be over.

Comment : Eric Cahill is a true professional!

With my tire losing air quickly, I drove into the Brooks-Huff parking lot because it was the closest, and I wanted to get somewhere safe before my tire was entirely flat.

Eric made no promises of fixing the tire. I thought that meant they would tell me I'd need a new tire, for sure.

A short two hours later, the tire was repaired, and the car was good to go. Total charge $43!

Eric's honesty and professionalism is appreciated!
