Comment : Brooks Huff totaled my car from a simple oil change. It would not be a big deal if my expenses were covered, but their insurance is refusing to cover all of the expenses and Brooks Huff (Todd himself) have ignored my requests for payment. I'm down several thousands of dollars from this. Brooks Huff even refused to reimburse the $141 oil change charge, then their insurance, Erie Insurance, refused to reimburse the charge as well, so I filed a chargeback with my credit card company. Brooks Huff literally fought the chargeback request and attempted to get it denied so I couldn't get reimbursed. That's the kind of company that Brooks Huff is. Keep that in mind when you trust them to not total your vehicle during routine maintenance.

Comment : They do good work and they're nice, but it's too expensive. They'll try and sell you top shelf Goodyear tires and bunch of add-ons. 2 new tires and an oil change cost $540. It's not crazy expensive, but there are definitely better deals elsewhere.

Comment : I recently moved to the area and needed an oil change. They were knowledgeable, didn't try to upsell or fix things that didn't need fixed, quick, efficient and friendly. Pricing is more than fair. If I have any future car needs, I will go back!!!
