Comment : Today I went in to get my oil filter housing replaced on my 2019 dodge challenger and I couldn?t have been more impressed by the level of service I received. The front desk men are very polite and attentive. And they give accurate estimations of when work will be completed. I had my car back the same day! Also the mechanics are very clean when they do work. There were no oil marks from replacing the part on my paint. I can?t recommend these guys enough. I am over the top impressed!

Comment : I live in Frederick but work night shift in Towson and when I was leaving work one morning, I noticed my tire was flat coming out of the garage. Being so far from home, I just googled the closest place to me where I could get free air/new tires and found Brooks Huff Tire. I pulled into the parking lot and was attempting air in my tire before I realized it was a true flat and one of the employees, Stephen came outside just to check on me and see if I needed assistance. He then proceeded to guide me in next steps and had my car inspected quickly. He was very informative and helpful. Different repair options were then presented to me and after I decided on what I wanted done, the employees worked very promptly and had me out of the shop timely. I chatted with them while I was waiting and they knew I was from Frederick and had a commute home and worked again that night and genuinely seemed to be concerned about my safety going up 695 and 70. The pricing was also very affordable. I was very thankful to come across this shop and these men who were very eager to help and recommend them to anyone. It turned a dreadful morning into a good one!

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I had a flat tire and took it to Brooks & Huff Tire in Towson. They gave me a price upfront to fix the tire which seemed comparable to other places in the area. Unfortunately there was too much damage to the tire so I had to get a new one. Steve was great. He updated me and kept me informed. It was easy in and out and I was very happy with the service. I would recommend Brooks & Huff in Towson, and will return there in the future.

Comment : After 15 years of loyalty and visiting from over an hour away, it saddens me to say I will no longer be returning. I came in for a simple oil change and had a reservation at noon. I called ahead of time it seemed that everyone was on the same page. Upon arrival to our appointment, we were told we had to wait for two hours? Odd for an oil change but we will be patient, this place has never done us wrong. The shuttle isn’t in service and we simply won’t be sitting there for that long so Ubers somewhere and back were a must. Three hours passed and we had no word from them. We come back to see that they didn’t move the car an inch, nothing happened! They said they can do the change in 15 minutes if I wait, at which now I am getting skeptical. Their apologies were entirely lack luster, it’s like they didn’t even see the issue. They even had the audacity to tell us that people wait for the doctors office, so waiting for car maintenance is the same. Not only have I never waited that long for any reservation EVER, but how ridiculous is it compare the wait for a doctor to the wait for an oil change. These workers knew us and have known us for years. The loyalty we had to them was blatantly obvious. What had changed that made them so careless about this entire situation? Disappointed more than angry. Left without service, will not return.
