Comment : Mixed feelings because yes, they do good work, but they like to lie about needed repairs to up their ticket. I?m not talking about small fixes either, they said I needed a new water pump because it was leaking from the weep hole, totaling around $1,400. Told them no and took their diagnostic/quote to triple A on Main Street (highly recommend and you don?t have to have their insurance to go there). They ran a compression test and called me to say there was no leak whatsoever and no need for a new water pump. I?d give yall a 5 star for the work done but lying to your paying customers is wild, that?s definitely not how you build customer loyalty. Do better????

Comment : These guys will take care of you. I had weird sound coming from my front wheel after tire rotation from Discount Tires. Went back to Discount Tires, they were not sure what the problem was. They recommended me to take my car to Brookhaven Auto and have them take a look. It took no more than 30 mins for Brookhaven to figure out the issue. They called Discount tire for me to explain the issue so they could fix it. They did all this for me for FREE. I will go back to them for future issues.

Comment : Wish I had read the negative reviews before I took discount tires recommendations. I don't even have the words to talk about how shady this business is. They knew exactly what the insurance was going to cover and had those costs and then kept trying to get me to pay more. I told them nothing insurance wouldn't cover and to begin with said they refused to do that. Then when I said I would come get the car and move it changed their mind. Everything was higher than the estimate though and they keep trying to get me to pay more than my deductible. They also refuse to give me my car until they receive the insurance payment. They wouldn't even order parts until they received a payment. I have hit multiple deer in my time and have dealt with multiple shops. The only reason to do this on a insurance claim is they KNOW they are going to charge more than the estimate. DON'T GO HERE.
