Comment : I?ve waited to review this in hopes the owner would respond to me but she hasn?t. Do not I repeat do not use this shop. My son took his Audi there for an oil leak and sunroof leak no lights were on the dash and the car was driving fine when he dropped it off Picked it up from the oil leak repair the coolant light was on, check engine light, and ECM light. He took it the next day back to get the sunroof repaired and told Michael about the lights on his dash and the car wouldn?t go past 4000 rpm and driving in limp mode. Michael said they would look at it. My son picked up the car the same day from the sunroof leak and Michael said the lights should go off and there was probably just oil on some wires. First, I?m not stupid and was not settled with this response. I called the shop myself and told him if the car doesn?t start driving better soon we would be bringing it back for them to correct whatever they did. He tried to say oh well it?s an Audi they have issues to which my response was well none of these lights were on when we brought the car in. Two weeks we waited to take it back to Brookhaven and in the meantime went to autozone and had them run diagnostic. There were two pages of issues. Took it back to Michael and after about an hour he tells my son he doesn?t know what?s wrong and take it to the Audi dealership. I my son went straight there. The Audi service in 30 minutes sent my son a video and explained what Brookhaven messed up which was pretty much every wire and hose that Brookhaven messed with. Things not plugged in at all, some wiring complements in the wrong spot, tha ir intake not bolted all the way down allowing air flow, and the coolant line plugged in the wrong way causing a huge kink. The original Brookhaven bill was $2,700. We paid Audi $575 for them to fix Brookhaven?s mistakes. I called and was able to get in touch with the owner and we emailed back and forth. She agreed to reimburse the $575. My son picked up the car from Audi and finally it was driveable. It kept however leaking coolant and fast the Audi service guy Jon said that they would need
More time to fix the coolant issue and just wanted to get the car running properly. In about 1-2 weeks time my son was able to take it back to Audi. Jon stated that because Brookhaven had put the coolant hose back on wrong that goes to the engine it caused the water pump to go out cost for that repair $2,700. I have called and email the owner Gina now with no response so I?m turning to here and every University of Oklahoma Facebook page and Instagram which I am a part of which is many. I?m attaching invoices and photos. I have two videos from Audi service that also prove how Brookhaven messed up my son?s vehicle and to hold the shop responsible for the second Audi repair for $2,700. If I don?t have a response I guess small claims court will be the next route

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Mixed feelings because yes, they do good work, but they like to lie about needed repairs to up their ticket. I?m not talking about small fixes either, they said I needed a new water pump because it was leaking from the weep hole, totaling around $1,400. Told them no and took their diagnostic/quote to triple A on Main Street (highly recommend and you don?t have to have their insurance to go there). They ran a compression test and called me to say there was no leak whatsoever and no need for a new water pump. I?d give yall a 5 star for the work done but lying to your paying customers is wild, that?s definitely not how you build customer loyalty. Do better????
