Comment : I just want to share what a fantastic job. The guys at Brookfield did on my Volkswagen golf! The car was significantly damaged from a rear end collision and they did everything to get it working perfectly. They went over and above what was required and made it great. In addition, they fix some things on the front of the car that needed doing and it is looking good many many thanks to the team at Brookfield automotive and they?re great work!

Comment : I initially had a positive impression when dropping off my vehicle. The owner was kind and helpful, particularly with coordinating my rental car, which I appreciated.
However, after picking up my car, I discovered that my driver?s door lock no longer functions properly, an issue that did not exist before the repairs. When I brought it to the owner?s attention on February 11th, he stated he would order the necessary part and follow up. It has now been two weeks with no update or communication.
This issue directly affects the safety and security of my vehicle. While I value the initial courtesy shown, the lack of follow-through and accountability regarding a post-repair safety concern has been extremely disappointing.
Based on this experience, I would not return for future service, nor would I feel comfortable recommending this shop to others.

Comment : Their current location is small and overflowing with cars so it was a little difficult to park but I overheard they will be moving to a new location in 8 months. Alex was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Great customer service.
