Comment : I was very pleased with Brock’s car care. After my repair was finished and I drove away I noticed that the suv wasn’t running correctly. So I turned around to head back to the shop. I didn’t make it back to the shop. I then called Brock’s and and they immediately sent two techs to where I was.. they diagnosed the issue and instead of sending me on my way they insisted they take the vehicle back to the shop to make sure it was ok. They then found out there was complications with the vehicle. They then proceeded to make things right. They really went the extra mile to make my vehicle right with no cost to me. Brock’s went the extra mile to make sure this customer was taken care of. Integrity, honesty is hard to find in the automotive repair business. Thank you Brock’s for going the extra mile!!!

Comment : Brock’s was able to get my vehicle in to look at it in one day. They diagnosed it, ordered the parts and had all of the work done by 10:30am the following day. (Power steering pump and pressure hose).
