Everyone was super nice. They had my car ready so fast. Sent a driver to pick me up. I love my service advisor. He will be my advisor from now on. He kept me in the loop on cost and time frame. Had a great experience! Thank you Justin. My car is running great!! The mechanic was very knowledgeable and put a better part in then what was there before, had a plastic part now metal. Thomas, at the front desk was a complete ASShat, not at one appointment, but at two. Over talked his co-workers while trying to help me, acted like I had no clue what I was talking about and blatantly lied about service provided on the vehicle I brought in.
