Comment : Needed a repair and Broadmoor Garage got me in quicker than any other place in town. They diagnosed the problem and order parts and got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend.

Comment : Took my car in because it sounded horrible and was stressing me out. Ms. Tina was so sweet and upfront with me about the entire process. Contacted my warranty company and got them to cover everything they were supposed too. They fixed my car in a timely matter, she did everything she could to help me. Picked my car up today and it rides smoothly and quietly. Comment : I took my vehicle to Broadmoor garage to have it diagnosed. They were really behind and didn't get to me in a timely manner, but Jacob reached out to me in an effort to accommodate me ( which he did to my total satisfaction). ERIC offered to put oil in car and even said he would call me in a few minutes with an estimate and kept his word. Thanks ERIC and JACOB for treating me with kindness and resorting my faith in Broadmoor Garage! I will most definitely use this shop in the future! Comment : Amazing people and service! My car would not turn over and had to get it towed in after hours. The next morning they were on top of it! They fixed my starter the same day and I was able to pick it up by 5:00, which is a huge deal since I am a single mom having to get to work, my child to school, and to school myself so my car is VITAL! The people here saw the urgency and worked quickly to help us. I also already knew my hub bearing needed to be replaced and they informed me of that, but could not do it at that moment due to financial restraints. They did not push the matter for financial gain, but instead stressed even if I did not get it fixed through them, that I did need to get it fixed soon for safety reasons and explained the risks.
