Comment : On a referral I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. The service was fantastic and very timely. Duke also fixed a grill issue that wasn't his responsibility and did it with a smile. This is my new place for my vehicle needs.

Comment : Originally brought my 2018 F-Type in for something minor, Duke and his team were great about it. They were knowledgeable about my vehicle and resolved the issue. I know they don't take short cuts when doing the job, I respect that. Very satisfied. Since then, my F-Type had a significant issue, she was leaking coolant and needed to tow her into a specialist or the Dealership. Based on my prior experience with British 4x4, I decided to have her towed here. Duke and his team assessed the situation, broke it down to me clearly and quoted me a reasonable price to resolve it. They texted me when my car arrived via the tow truck and continued to update me via text throughout, including the quote. They had the work done in a reasonable time frame. Everything was great. I have to say, I was very impressed with the friendliness and customer service I received. Unfortunately, as a woman, I haven't always had the best experience when getting my car(s) serviced. Duke took the time to get to know me, understand my knowledge of my vehicle and my goals for my vehicle. I felt informed and confident in my decisions. I'll definitely be bringing her back for continued maintenance. Apparently, they do tires as well... so when I'm ready. Side note: I expressed a concern about my brakes that I had done elsewhere prior (they were squeaking BADDDDDD) and the original servicer couldn't figure out how to resolve it. Not only did Duke at British 4x4 identify the issue, but he also explained it to me clearly and (with my approval for the additional work) resolved it as well. I can't tell you how happy I was to pull up to that first stop with no squeaks!!! I have my dignity back again, haha.

Comment : I've been taking my Range Rover to British 4x4 for over 8 years! The owner, Duke, is extremely friendly, honest & super fair priced! The work is done in a timely manner & the communication is clear. I would recommend anyone with a Range Rover to go to British 4 x 4! Hands down the BEST car service in the OC!!

Comment : I couldn't recommend this place enough. I've been coming here for years for routine service and recently a front & rear brake replacement. Always great service and they are very informative. Duke the owner offers great advice on maintenance. I trust them and will continue to be a gracious customer.

Comment : Can't say enough about this business. So happy I found It!!! I've had a Range Rover for years and i dont know why I always thought I had to spend the CRAZY PRICES at the dealership to get It serviced. I found a card of 4x4. Called instantly, fast communication and appointment available asap! Then the appointment itself was fast efficient and so affordable. I will be a life time customer! Definitely check them out. They make It wash and affordable!!!
