Comment : Had a great experience at Bring Your Own Parts in San Antonio. They were quick, honest, and kept everything straightforward, which I really appreciated. They even offered me a ride while they worked on my vehicle; which was a nice touch.

The service was solid from start to finish. Just remember: be nice to the people working on your car! ?? Treat folks with respect and they'll take care of you. I'd definitely come back.

Comment : Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Long story short came in told them the issue with my truck and was going through warranty so I understand there's a process. The initial diagnostics shouldn't have taken anymore than a hr max. I sat in the waiting room 2.5hrs before they even attempted to contact my warranty company. After listening to the receptionist conversation with my warranty I came to the realization they hadn't done anything yet. Once he was put on hold I approached him and asked why haven't we diagnosed the problem yet. It's been over 2hrs he got defensive and claimed I was telling him how to do his job then said when they come back on the phone he's going to tell them refer me to the Ford Dealership. From my understanding the problem with my passenger door mirror sensors was too advanced for any of them to handle. However they should've turned me away at the beginning rather than make me wait 2.5+hrs for no reason or results. Waste of time and unprofessional place.
