Comment : My 2009 mini Cooper had a check engine light come on. I called Bridge Street auto and they could get me right in. I waited for about 30 minutes while I did a diagnostic check and drove it around. The issue was a sensor, but nothing that required a fix. They were honest and the price for the diagnostic was very reasonable. I appreciated their honesty and will use them again.

Comment : The ol lady and I took our 2020 Jeep Cherokee here after Firestone in Medford had messed it up, and I couldn?t even begin to say enough good things about this place. They were immediately understanding, accommodating, and perceptive of the issues the vehicle was having. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and went above and beyond to fix the vehicle. They even went the extra mile and worked out fixing the jeep in between our work schedules. They are trustworthy, dedicated, and show such integrity. I would highly recommend taking any vehicle of yours here any day!

Comment : Be very specific in what you?re asking for. They will not catch it otherwise. When something seemed obviously wrong to me, it wasn?t for them. Their general car inspection was described as very thorough. Taking two hours and getting in depth. So one would assume they would catch the obvious. It was not noticed. Car shudders almost violently when at very low speeds turning to park or u-turn.

So I Paid $180 and they did a detailed report on other things needing done, which is great! But did not catch or take the time to further investigate the thing I was actually concerned about once I brought it up. Which is upsetting considering I?m already paying so much in the first place. While what was charged to me at $180, is free at other places like GP automotive.

If I wanted a general service to not tell me my problem I would have not paid $180.

Comment : Water pump remove and replace. Fair labor parts marked up from retail. I paid and went out to look it over. Nuts. Both techs took it out for a joy ride probably lunch or bears? Both floor mats full of mud. Don't know where you find Mud in The Middle of the summer in grant's pass. When it's a 105? outside also, their dirty clothes transferred the grease onto my seat, they broke my air horn under the hood. It's been there for you know, decades. The trucks are no too somehow they decided to just lay on it. And break it, not say anything or do anything about it. There's a whole bunch of other things. I just want to say that the basic work was done decent.The water pump is held and doesn't leak, but at the cost and disrespect.I would never recommend anybody to go to this place.They also charge an exorberant amount for an estimate.Five minutes on the lift, and they want seventy five hundred bucks.A hundred thirty bucks to just look at it, you know, for 5 minutes? Im a 35y journeyman motor and suspension specialist that was serious hurt in a car accident and I can do my labor anymore. Makes it worse because I know exactly what they did to my truck. Then when its done they recommend an oil change even though there's a sticker on my window. That shows that the oil was changed less than 400 miles. Previously, transmission was also done 1600 miles ago. And they said it was a court low. I checked the fluids on it on a weekly basis. I'm a mechanic. That's what we do trucks. 25 years old because I take care of it. So the fraudulent and gouging tactics that they use at this business is ridiculous.It gets you in the door and then they try to rip you off.You know, the old saying, give him a good deal.And then gouge him on a second time. Incredible disappointment. Way to many experienced auto techs in this town to waist your at bridge street auto. Id like to add pics i took but no option.

Comment : I'm impressed they quoted 721 they charged 698 and it seems like may have had trouble with a spark plug wire along they way replaced it free of charge they are nice people and appreciated the work these are good honest folks right here id recommend them highly thank you

Comment : When I lived in another state, I drove past six mechanics to do business with the best mechanic in my area. Now, living in Grants Pass, I’m lucky to live very close to a great shop, Bridge Street Auto. I’ve found that they are honest, and do good work at fair prices. Even if I lived on the other side of town, I’d still choose Bridge Street Auto to maintain my vehicle and keep it running like a champ.
