Comment : If I could leave less stars, I would. These people lied to get sales, when I confronted them with proof of their lie they returned my money and asked me to give them a chance to regain my trust, I gave them that opportunity eventually thinking
They wouldn’t dare lie to me again since I cought them
In their last lie but once again they tried to up sale me on parts that were brand new under warrenty. Save your money they’re crooked as they come. Shame on me twice and shame on you.

Comment : We were on our way out of town and found a nail in our tire, so we stopped at the nearest tire store which was this tire shop and they fixed us up in 30 minutes and we’re able to get back on the road. The tire repair was only 18$ as well. Thank you guys for your quick and affordable service!

Comment : Absolutely horrible experience/ service. Hate leaving poor reviews but can maybe save someone $148.51. I never had a problem when it was Brian’s but today I took one of my Cummins in for an alignment to get my toe and caster set to thuren specs after having the front hubs/bearings, u joints, track bar and ball Joints replaced by my long time Mechanic.

They tell me my wheel bearing was bad (436 miles exactly on it) and the alignment might be not be perfect.. After paying the $148.51, I take my papers and look and not only are the specs NOT within the specs I brought in but they are not within the factory specs and are red on the printout! And the caster was not changed before and after via print out.. so I climb under and look at the caster adjustment cam Bolts and they are rusty muddy no wrench was on them for sure.
The toe shows it was barely adjusted .01 (still not within the spec) so I climb under and look and it there are no pipe wrench marks on adjuster, no show of sockets on clamp bolts anything so I really doubt it was even touched.

So I go in and ask the guy if he set the caster and he says “no it was close enough and the caster really doesn’t do much so I didn’t adjust them I just set the toe” (which was not set correctly IF it was even set…)

I explained I paid for a full thrust alignment and all he did was MAYBE (doubtful) adjust the toe by .01, Still .23 out from the spec? And he said yep sir correct I wouldn’t even worry about the stock specs let alone those stupid aftermarket specs I’d trash those. Quoted $297 for front hub…

I walked out in the end losing $148 and a hour of time
To have next to nothing done to my truck.

Took it to COMMERICAL tire and they got it right into all the specs needed caster and toe, and showed me that my hub assembly was in fact tight and new.

Clair and Dee’s point S was an absolute robbery today and I’m sad to have one of my favorite shops no longer an option.
