Comment : As a Heavy duty alignment technician. We charged $175 for a front end, 290 for 2 axle and $400 for a 3 axle. I pretty much paid for a whole 3 axle alignment on a semi truck tractor. Only got a toe adjustment. Eat over priced

Comment : I took my 2018 RAV4 XLE AWD to this shop hoping for a fair second opinion but what I got was an infuriating experience that felt more like a scam than a service.It all started when I went to a Toyota dealership for a simple tire rotation and filter change. They told me I leaked my fuel filler neck assembly. This didn t completely surprise me I had already read the codes myself and assumed it was just the gas cap needing a tighter lock. Not wanting to drop money on a big repair without confirmation, I decided to get a second opinion.One mechanic, who worked from home, took a look and confirmed the issue but said I only needed a fuel cap assembly replacement nothing more. That made sense. But just to be sure, I went to this shop. That s when things took a turn.Instead of focusing on the issue I asked them to check, they came back with a long, dramatic list of things "wrong" with my car. Suddenly, I needed a cabin filter, an engine filter, and a new battery because of "rust" yet they never even mentioned the recall issue that could ve been the real culprit. And the kicker? Instead of diagnosing the problem, they just read the same codes I already told them about and insisted I needed to replace the entire EVAP emission system which had already been replaced and was still under Toyota s warranty!At that point, it was obvious they weren t here to help. They were here to take my money. And as a woman, I couldn t shake the feeling that they were talking down to me, assuming I wouldn t know any better.If you value honesty, don t come here. If you don t want to be overcharged for unnecessary repairs, don t come here. Comment : They where great I had just bought my car and didn t know what all was wrong with it it took it to them and they told me everything that wa wrong now the prices lol could b another thing but they are we trust worthy I will most definitely be going back so they can fix any problem that was wrong with my vehicle

Comment : Very knowledgeable and honest. I took my honda civic to two other repair shops, an independent shop and a honda dealership. Neither could fix my problem, but they were happy to take my money. Bill and his crew were able to diagnose the problem quickly and even gave me alternatives to the repair which saved me a lot of money! It's refreshing to find an auto shop that is willing to work with you and actually give you video footage of the problem and some options that were available to repair it. Comment : I used a coupon I got in the mail for an oil change and tried this place out. Very friendly staff, and very fast service! They were not pushy in explaining the inspection and the recommended services, and they were even complimentary about the overall condition of my car. Great first experience here!
