Comment : It wasn’t the news you wanted to get at Christmas time. I’m very in tune to my car and knew something major was going on. Sure enough it was the transmission. Bret’s auto has always worked on my car and has kept the old girl running. I appreciate their honesty and good service. Being a visual person their videos help to understand the issues. Thank you Tracy, Rick,Dalton and the video guy (can’t remember his name) for taking care of me all these years.

Comment : Really and plus with these guys. I had a brake issue where I lost pressure for my power brakes. My experience is usually there is a liquid leak or something similar, or a master cylinder, which usually results in a fair amount of money and time to fix. They found it was just a cap that was cracked and fix it right away with a very small charge. Love their honesty and efficiency. They got it done the same day, which was great because it was a snow day and I needed to get back home.
