Comment : I called, with fingers crossed, that they would be able to get me in today. I put the incorrect fluid where it wasn't suppose to go. They had me come by at 1:00 and I was done by 2:00. Everyone was great and had the same urgency in the matter as I had.

Comment : 2.5 years & 50k miles ago they fixed timing cover on my f250 diesel for $6k. Took it back in to be told it needs it again but I'm out of warranty. Another $6k cause they said it's out of their 3yr/36k mile warranty. When I reminded them I'd brought it in for low oil a year and a half ago while still within the mileage warranty, they changed their tune to say back then it only had a 12month/12k miles warranty. Comment : The people at Bret s are always kind and courteous. They take a video of your car going through all the things they have looked at. As they show you parts of your car, they comment on what they did and if they saw anything. I really appreciate this extra service.
