Comment : The amount of incompetence we experienced was mind blowing! I called Wednesday afternoon for an appointment on Saturday morning, ya know...to save time on our weekend. My husband took the car in, 1st they told him it was going to $200 more than the original quote for shocks...because they "forgot" to add in labor. They finally honored the original quote. After sitting there for 2 hours, my husband checked on the status of the vehicle...it hadn't moved! He was told they were waiting for the parts! WTH, why make an appointment if they aren't prepared with your parts? And nobody even thought to inform my husband who was in the waiting room...for 2 hours! 4 hours later, loading up kids a trip down to pick him up and drop him off, our Saturday plans were thrown off. This is why people who work during the week, make appointments, so we can get $hit done and still have some semblance of a day off! Ridiculous! We won't be back.

Comment : Took car in to find out about a "Check Engine" light. Car was promptly diagnosed (note: $99 Diagnostic Fee) and estimate provided with timeline. I authorized work. While car was in the shop I asked about seeping oil around gasket covers. Got estimate & decided to replace. They also noticed a broken torsion support and asked me about the last time timing belt was changed. Since it had been 9 yrs since timing belt was changed--manufacturer recommends replacement after 7 yrs--I decided to have that done also with OE parts as preventive maintenance. They also cleaned fuel injectors, etc. Cleaned up all of the oil that leaked onto engine parts from leaky valve covers. Car now runs much better. Fair price and prompt work, Provided transportation to my home.

Comment : I went in for an oil change last week. Joe, the service writer, explained the process and the cost. He also let me know about upcoming maintenance events for my 2009 Camry and provided cost saving measures. No surprises on my bill. I will be back.

Comment : Symptoms pointed to a starter and I was quoted to have that replaced but a starter relay and cable repair took care of the problem at a much cheaper cost. Very grateful.

I was so pleased with my experience I have raved about it every chance I can get...at work, with friends. I will DEFINITELY go back to BRAKEmax #9 for service and recommend it to friends and family!
