Comment : Called that morning for a slow leak, got an appointment that afternoon. They were about 30 minutes behind schedule, but they were really busy before the upcoming holiday. Fixed the leak and of I went, nice staff, easy to get to, I would recommend them.

Comment : I was treated with courtesy and kept informed of the work that needed to be done to my auto. The courtesy shuttle drivers treat their passengers with respect and courtesy. The work that needed to be done on my auto was completed in a timely manner.

Comment : I had the rack & pinion replaced on my vehicle nearly 3 years ago at Brakemax on Jenna Nicole. They told me it would have a 3-year parts and labor warranty on the job, which was way better than all the other places I got quotes from. Most were a 1-year warranty at best. And, the price of the job was great too, compared with other places! While the rack & pinion continues to work great after nearly three years, the rubber boots had cracked and split. Bruce at Brakemax replaced both boots and realigned my vehicle free of charge. Everyone I interacted with while getting the boots replaced was professional, polite, and responsive.

Comment : Service was only for an oil and filter change - hard to evaluate (no oil leakage after; tires inflated; reasonable price). Shop was overloaded with work on the day of service and it took all day (7:30am - 4pm) to accomplish the service. However, I was told in advance that it would probably take all day for that reason. No complaint.
