Comment : After they tried upselling me on many things while trying to get a oil change, I just asked them to do what they needed to get me to pass emissions. They sugeested fuel flush after diagnostics..come to find out they did the flush but simply disconnected my battery as well. I did not pass emissions 1st time cuz of the drive cycle and then again another time. After a 3rd opinion they saw in 10 min that it was simply a hole in air intake hose. Where mechanics, who check oil and filters, had not been detatching to check it. Not only did this fix the problem but also the other problems they tried to sell me. It seems BrakeMax were trying to get me to load up their in house credit card for me. All you want is honesty!
