Comment : The vehicle was returned later than requested, work that was requested was not completed, and additional parts that were quoted were not used or billed. The call to use those additional parts at an additional cost was unnecessary and confusing.

Comment : As a first-time customer needing just an oil change, I'd heard of the VIP card that gives nice discounts so I began the sign-up process. When he asked for my Social Security number, I asked why. He said "it's a credit card application and it will ask for your other personal info too, like income, etc." I chose NOT to go through with the VIP card. I paid regular price for an oil change and a "multi-point inspection." When I paid and got the receipt, there was no checklist for the multipoint inspection, which I didn't notice until I got home.The employees were friendly and courteous, but overall a less than stellar visit.
