Comment : As a first-time customer needing just an oil change, I'd heard of the VIP card that gives nice discounts so I began the sign-up process. When he asked for my Social Security number, I asked why. He said "it's a credit card application and it will ask for your other personal info too, like income, etc." I chose NOT to go through with the VIP card. I paid regular price for an oil change and a "multi-point inspection." When I paid and got the receipt, there was no checklist for the multipoint inspection, which I didn't notice until I got home.The employees were friendly and courteous, but overall a less than stellar visit.

Comment : Thank you Brake Max for making my first visit a permanent. I am definitely recommending this location to all my friends and anyone looking for a minor auto dr. My final bill was very reasonable I expected to leave poor after everything you fixed. Again thank you see you in the future.

Comment : On time for appointment and a very fair evaluation of my vehicles requirements along with synthetic oil change (brake resurfacing and new brake pads).
