Comment : Ordered tires online from TireBuyer they recommended Brake Max close to my house. I made an appointment when the tires were delivered to the store. Tires were installed Brake Max did not try to sell me something I did not need. The store manager was helpful knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this store.

Comment : Have been a long standing customer with the Rita Ranch store for 9+ years and been very satisfied with the customer service. But there has been a change in manager and techs over the past year that has affected the dynamics within the shop. The personnel are very friendly and courteous as always. Their ability to address and diagnose specific problems have me concerned. Example: I had a vehicle towed into the shop that they were not able to diagnose and I had to have it towed to another specialty shop for further repair. Then another vehicle of mine was in for tire replacement and they did not install the proper type of tire size that is recommended by the vehicle make and model.

Comment : Took in for a problematic brake job and BrakeMax handled it very well, quickly, at a fair price. Will use them again and most likely consider them for my regular vehicle maintenance from now on.

Comment : All the guys were friendly as usual. No one ever wants to take their car to have it worked on, (cost, etc) But these guys help take the pain of the chi ching away. lol
