Comment : They didn't want to apply the warranty on my catalytic converter for my 2006 Nissan Pathfinder even when the original invoice specified 3 years and the CAT was replaced at the same shop two years ago. They just said that the engine is burning oil and clogged the catalytic converter. I had to pay almost $300 just for the diagnostic and failed smog.

Comment : I had a coupon for an oil and filter change at $34.99 with regular oil. I was charged $92.00 for full synthetic oil and filter with no adjustment for the cost of the regular oil. It was $10/quart ($50) for full synthetic. If regular oil cost ~$5/quart, shouldn't that have been adjusted off? As it was, there was labor added onto the material cost to do the work. And it wasn't just this location charging in this manner.

Comment : I felt that I was getting overcharged for my service estimate. I was told to get my brakes fixed was going to cost over $1,200. When I said that was too much and was going to leave then the agent started reducing the price. It gave me the feel I was being scammed in the first place. I figured it was better to pay the $145 and receiving nothing but an estimate rather than to get ripped off further. I took the car to my own mechanic and got the work done with warranties for $800. I still ended up paying total $950 because of your charges. But I still got the job done for a lot less then what you quoted me. I probably will not visit your establishment again in the future. I don't believe you exercise fair business practices. I was not offered AAA discount either. I felt your only purpose was to get as much money from me as quickly as possible. I'm sure that's true but you really should practice not making it so blatant.
