Comment : I can’t say enough about the service and expertise at Brady’s! These guys are 100% awesome and are exceptional status in their customer service and workmanship. I came in with a laundry list of issues and and an impossible time line to get my truck back on the road and not only did they take care of everything I asked in the time I requested, they called me at every interval to give updates, inform of issues they found, and provide all the options. They provided all costs up front and stuck to the estimates100%. - No surprises!
The diesel Yoda, Corey was diligent about communicating and sending photos of their progress throughout. He also made sure that my truck actually needed the work they were doing! On top of all that, it’s been about a month since my truck was there, and he answered his phone on the first ring when I called him with a question this morning. That is the definition of excellent customer service in my opinion.

Comment : Great and friendly service. Everything was explained best they could to someone who knows zero about the problem or the repair. Wasn’t overcharged or pressured to do the list of repairs still needed (215k miles).

Comment : The guys here are super friendly and communicative. They even went out of their way to research my vehicle and found there was a major engine flaw that extended the powertrain warranty to 15 years. I will definitely go back to Brady’s if and when I need to and would, and have highly recommended them already.

Comment : Took my 2011 Lexus RX350 for service. Would have given 5 stars but when they replaced the battery they did not provide 12v backup power so all the saved settings were lost. Attaching my Bluetooth phone is a pain. Also the check engine light has come on and gone off several times.
