Comment : 2 months to replace a turbo on a '05 duramax. they called me 2 times with updates, after I stopped in there 5 times to see what's happening. Total cost was $ 7235.oo the part came from Tacoma Washington to Cottage Grove Oregon. They called on 8/28/25 telling me the truck was done. I get there, the truck has not been washed and I complain about my service as a loyal customer has been terrible. They give me 5% off my bill, then right after I pay them....Im told the truck is not ready and they will bring it home to me later in the day. I get a call at 330pm on 8/28/25 telling me they will be to my place shortly. WELL ITS NOW 600am 8/29/25 and no truck in my driveway and I never got another phone call explaining what happened. I purchased this truck from Brad's Cottage Grove Chevy and have taken several of my other vehicles to them. They just got $ 50,000 in FREE NEGATIVE PABLICITY FROM ME !

Comment : had an issue with my chevy equinox that i brought to guarentee up in junction city, they kept turning me away saying nothing was wrong when i knew there was something wrong… finally went to brads here and they fixed the problem up in a day and no problems since! great spot
