Comment : My car had a loose battery and bad connection. I live 600 miles away and had no tools. I got there at 7 am and was done in 40 minutes. Very kind, very attentive. Double checked everything to make sure we could get back to Savannah safely.

Comment : The dashboard instrument cluster on my car went out, requiring electrical repair. Repeated diagnostic testing revealed a unique part that had to be back ordered. It meant several days of waiting, but the guys at Bradham were both professional and patient in keeping me updated on the progress. It turned out to be a lengthy and rather expensive project, but the repair was made and the outcome was everything I could have hoped for. Special thanks to DJ and Jacob for their courtesy.

Comment : Incredible group of folks. My wife and daughter were visiting Alexandria from Virginia Beach. When getting ready to head home they heard a metal scrapping noise from front tires. I called you guys and you worked them in right away. Fixed the problem and did a courtesy check of pretty much the whole vehicle. Less then 2 hours and now they feel safe driving home. Highly recommend. Thanks Jacob and the whole team!

The Bradham team went above and beyond to get my car back on the road, and even had me bring the care back a month later so they could make sure everything was perfect. Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.
