Comment : They did a great job on my car today and gave great customer service! I had an early appointment so dropped my car off intending to stroll around Old Town while I waited on the car. When I mentioned this to the staff they asked if I needed a ride as it was freezing outside. They called a Lyft for me but what I didn’t expect was when I attempted to pay the driver I was told it had already been charged to my credit card. Turns out it was Bradham’s credit card! They had paid for a courtesy ride home!

I love the fact that they not only tell you but show you immediate repairs required as well as things to keep an eye on for the future. Very personable staff!

Comment : I went yesterday for a standard oil change and maintenance. Bradham recommended I have my front and rear suspensions serviced and quoted me $5,808 ($4,400 for the front, $1,408 for the rear). Shocked by this, I got a second opinion at a place across the street from them, and I now only have to pay $2,600 for everything. Not sure why such a large discrepancy, but I'm glad that I didn't get this work done there. I did get another $1,500 worth of work done at the time, but I am now questioning if that was overpriced as well. (Cabin filter replacement, transmission, oil change, spark plugs.)

Comment : Bradham Automotive exceeded every expectation. I called them out of the blue with a car that had been sitting untouched for six months, and they didn’t hesitate—they took it in right away. They kept me updated at every step, explained what they were doing, and brought the vehicle completely back to life. The level of professionalism, communication, and genuine care they showed is rare these days. I’d return without hesitation—100 percent. Highly recommend!
