Comment : Honest up front pricing. Went here for a second opinion, really glad I did. Dealership wanted almost 7K for a repair. He fixed the issue and did great work for around 2k. So happy I took a chance, I think I found my new mechanic!

Comment : Bozrah Automotive is really the greatest. They have done our car repairs for several years now. It is reassuring to know they are honest, dependable, and knowledgeable. This is especially important as we own a 2011 Acadia that has required multiple repairs and although we are getting closer, we just aren’t there in dealing with purchasing a new car. Each time, the issue is explained in detail as well as the course needed to repair it. We are really grateful to have a business that is reliable and righteous these days as every dollar counts.

Comment : I brought my car to Bazrah Auto to have the A/C repaired and was charged over $1,000 for a new compressor. After the repair, the A/C still didn’t work. They installed another compressor and told me the issue was fixed. I didn’t even drive the car for 10 minutes before the A/C started blowing hot air again.

A few months later, a belt was damaged due to the faulty compressor, and I had to pay out of pocket again. Bazrah Auto refused to warranty the compressor or take responsibility for the damage.

This was two summers ago, and I still don’t have a working A/C. I don't recommend this shop; they seem to lack knowledge of their craft, and they certainly don’t stand behind their work.

Comment : If you need a vehicle..this is the place you want to buy from. They are honest, friendly, helpful and worked within our budget. They work with financial companies that did not charge us top rate interest (we got 7% financing). Patrick, Wendy & Matt will absolutely give you the best car buying experience. We loved our first experience so much, we bought another vehicle a year later and tell all our friends.
