Comment : It?s super easy to make an appointment with Boyden Brook. I had a 2:00 time for my car inspection and they took it in right at 2:00. I never mind waiting in the cozy waiting room. The staff though is what makes it work. They get to know you and it?s like a little family. I will always go to Boyden Brook for any of my cars needs.

Comment : I have used Boyden Brook in the past when I have needed body work due to deer incidents and have always been extremely satisfied with their work. Most recently, I utilized Boyden Brook for an issue with my foreign car. My regular mechanic told me he could not fix my issue and that I would need to have my vehicle towed to the nearest dealer, in Watertown. When I called Boyden Brook, they not only told me they could fix my issue, but they also came and towed me right away. They saved me hundreds of dollars on towing and repair by not going to the dealer in Watertown. After such a great experience with Boyden Brook, I asked if they could take a look at an ongoing engine issue I was also having with the same vehicle. The dealer in Watertown advised me that my car needed a new engine, they immediately tried to get me to trade my car, and they had no other offer of resolution for me. But, Boyden Brook took the time to properly diagnose the issue I was having. They made the repairs, and I am so grateful I did not just take the dealers word for needing a new engine. I have been impressed with Boyden Brook s level of communication & professionalism. I also appreciate the text/link they send after working on the vehicle so you can see details of what they fixed & what might be an urgent or non-urgent issue arising. I will continue to take my vehicle to Boyden Brook!
