Comment : I had a very poor experience with this shop. I chose them through my insurance as they were considered a 4 or 5 shop and could do the adjusters job there. After keeping my car for eight days, they told me it was ready. When I arrived, the vehicle was not properly repaired at all.
There were multiple obvious issues: the soft top was not fixed and when asked they told me i had to fix it, the hood had dents and was misaligned, the bumper was off, and the door appeared twisted along with many more issues. The overall quality of work was unacceptable.
When I pointed out these problems, the staff was dismissive and downplayed my concerns instead of taking responsibility. I was even told they didn?t want to repaint the hood because factory paint is ?best,? but another shop later explained the real challenge was matching the metallic gray paint?something that should have been communicated honestly from the start. This does not take away that if the hood or any part of the car that would need to be replaced and painted should have been replaced and shows the lack of responsibility. Replace the part.
I gave them a chance to correct the issues, but the work was still not done properly and became upset as they continued to downplay my concerns and make me feel like i didn?t know what I wa talking about and only wanted to get my car back to the same before accident. I contacted my insurance company, and their adjuster confirmed problems with their work, missed areas that need to be corrected, was not documented and referred me to a different shop. The new shop identified numerous deficiencies and will now have to correct Bowsers errors.
To make matters worse, the advisor and the manager who came out did not show any wanting to assist but only try to state that i was wrong or make it sound as if they did not want to fix the car and that what they did was acceptable.
I would not recommend this place. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and no accountability.

Comment : Took my car here to get repaired. Knew from years ago the manager John Morgan. I was very flustered because I was in an accident and was dealing with a lot of issues that I needed advice on. Went to him and he was very dismissive and I felt my business was not good enough for him. Flash on today I rented a car from Enterprise that?s beside the collision center tire had problems so enterprise told me I could take it somewhere and they would pay. I called Subaru where I get my car serviced at Bowser because they?ve been very good to us. I asked him who Mr. Morgan?s manager was and as I was waiting for care he frantically drove from collision center to Subaru garage at Bowser pointed his fingers at me through window cane in an said you ? come out here!! He screamed at me for asking who his supervisor was and made me feel very unsafe and embarrassed. I am disabled and on oxygen and almost had to go to ER. He told me to pick up my car and he will not service the repairs all because I asked who his supervisor was. He scared me the way he yelled at me and I called police and they did nothing. Only a crazy person would get in their car and drive to confront a woman because she asked for the name of his supervisor. He could of called me. No he chose to humiliate me. My family over 5 years have spent over 90 plus thousand dollars in vehicles and to be dismissed over something so minute says a lot about who represents them. Even another woman that works there stated when he comes in he acts like he?s better than everyone else. We are working class people who put our trust in Bowser and I will no longer. John Morgan go see him he?ll make your day as long as you golf and have money oh and take his dismissive behavior he will take good care of you. ??You should be so proud.

Comment : The best experience I had during a frustrating time from the start of the process to the end. Everyone I talked to was very pleasant. I also love that they're connected with Enterprise (literally, same building) for convenient car renting while my car was in the shop. The estimated timeframe for repairs to be completed on my rear-ended vehicle was originally 10 days, and it was finished in 5 days. The car was washed; even my weather tech liners were cleaned! It looked like a brand new car when I got it back. I'm very thankful for their work and service and customer treatment. I would return again if I ever needed their service. Thank you so much!

Comment : They need to stop getting their dumpsters emptied at 130 am or 430 am. They disturb the neighbors. It sounds like stuff is falling off the walls in the house or someone is breaking in at 130am. This will be a bigger issue if not addressed asap.

Always outstanding service, from the very pleasant woman at the cashier desk on Monday afternoon, Feb. 2nd. to Tom and another gentleman that was with him.
Last summer I had taken my Honda Passport for bumper damage and Scott made me feel not only respected but at ease at a stressful time. Really, I had only had wonderful experiences here.
I had a rubber molding come loose from my daughter's car and Tom and another gentleman, sorry, I can't remember his name fixed it and this is what customer service with a smile is all about.
As a medical professional I always do my best to make patients and family members feel at ease in stressful times and this feeling was reciprocated on both occasions that I needed their assistance with my cars.
Thank you for making my hectic day an awesome experience.

Comment : Easy and smooth experience. Ed was super friendly and answered all my questions (despite how many i had). They also detailed my car, which was also a nice surprise. Also, they got done in the time they estimated, even though they said it might take a few days more which I would have totally been understanding of.

Comment : I enjoy acknowledging companies for their honest and efficient work, as it is hard to come by these days. I had major damage to my rear bumper and taillight. After speaking with Chris he took a look and said it would be completed in 2 days. Well, 2 days goes by and he calls me to let me know the truck is finished. I took a thorough look at my truck and not a single mark. Everything was spotless. I was quite surprised at how fast and efficient everything was.
