Always outstanding service, from the very pleasant woman at the cashier desk on Monday afternoon, Feb. 2nd. to Tom and another gentleman that was with him.
Last summer I had taken my Honda Passport for bumper damage and Scott made me feel not only respected but at ease at a stressful time. Really, I had only had wonderful experiences here.
I had a rubber molding come loose from my daughter's car and Tom and another gentleman, sorry, I can't remember his name fixed it and this is what customer service with a smile is all about.
As a medical professional I always do my best to make patients and family members feel at ease in stressful times and this feeling was reciprocated on both occasions that I needed their assistance with my cars.
Thank you for making my hectic day an awesome experience.

Comment : Easy and smooth experience. Ed was super friendly and answered all my questions (despite how many i had). They also detailed my car, which was also a nice surprise. Also, they got done in the time they estimated, even though they said it might take a few days more which I would have totally been understanding of.

Comment : I enjoy acknowledging companies for their honest and efficient work, as it is hard to come by these days. I had major damage to my rear bumper and taillight. After speaking with Chris he took a look and said it would be completed in 2 days. Well, 2 days goes by and he calls me to let me know the truck is finished. I took a thorough look at my truck and not a single mark. Everything was spotless. I was quite surprised at how fast and efficient everything was.

Comment : I recently had my vehicle repaired at Bowser Collision Center, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Ed W. was great to work with—he was incredibly professional throughout the entire process and kept me informed with regular updates on the progress, which made everything much less stressful. The repairs were top-notch, and my vehicle looks great. A big thank you to Joe, the manager, for overseeing such a smooth operation and leading a great team.

Comment : Words can’t fully express how grateful I am to the team at Bowser, specifically Scott! He managed to turn a very frustrating vehicle break-in into a positive experience, through his excellent customer service, attention to detail, and communication.

I had never used Bowser before, but came here at the recommendation of my insurance. Scott was quick to check in with me after my vehicle was dropped off, outlined all the repairs that would be done, and also informed me that it would be a wait to get the parts in due to a shortage. I appreciated his transparency. They ended up getting in even quicker than anticipated, which was excellent. From the initial phone call, he was sympathetic to my frustration at the break in, which was well appreciated.

While my car was there, Scott went above and beyond by checking on recalls that could be addressed while waiting for the parts. I really appreciated how thorough he was.

Overall, I cannot say enough good things about how friendly, thorough, and communicative this location is. I would absolutely come here in the future, and highly recommend it to anyone.
