Comment : The Agents and Service Technicians were very knowledgeable and kind. The work was very easy to schedule, and when the day came, the work was done with before i knew it.
Even the Lady in the office made sure everything was done and paying was easy .

Comment : Had ti have my truck towed in around530 pm.
Charlie said that they were pritty busy the next day and would try to have a tech look at it the next day.
It wasnt able to happen . And i understand.
The next day was fri and i called on my lunch to see if he heard anything, to my suprize he found out it was the starter and called warrenty company and was going to have it completed by the end of the day.
😀😀😀.

Comment : My service guy is always on point in talking to me. However, I don’t appreciate the service tech not following through. I paid for diagnostic and my tires to be rotated if they are low I don’t think it’s outside of the scope to put air in the tire. This isn’t the first incident where things are not being attended too.

Comment : I went in to get my car serviced and for an oil change, but I accidentally mixed up my appointment date. Cary in the service department was so helpful and managed to fit me in right away. Great customer service and really appreciated the flexibility and kindness—highly recommend!

Comment : My truck was hit and needed somebody work done . I was given a estimate of the work and also provided me a time frame of how long the work would take, it was done in a timely manner and once I got my vehicle back it was absolutely clean inside and out. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone.
