Comment : I recently bought a used Subaru Forester from Bowser Chevrolet of Monroeville. Andrew Gardone was great to deal with. He was recommended by my friend who had also bought a car with him.

Andrew helped me find the perfect car that fit my needs and budget. Being that my last car was a 2012 I needed lots of help learning the new technology. He was so patient as was everyone at Bowser. I could tell that they loved what they were doing and were truly happy to be there. Thank you Andrew and the crew.

Comment : I was told on the phone I would “have the best experience” when I got there but that was not the case. The place was very nice & clean but I ended up disappointed. We were doing the typical dealership ways of going back & forth on the price & trade in value, etc. & the guy was calling the manager who was literally next to us with nothing but a glass wall in between😂 I felt like we were playing deal or no deal. They started to talk down on us & there was a communication problem, which is why I wanted to just speak directly with the manager instead of having a middle man call from 10FT away. The reason I believe the manager didn’t understand what we were offering was because it was really not that much different from what they already agreed to, but he wouldn’t even consider it. He started to show his arrogance & gave us attitude but then said “it hurts me to have to do this” then I became so frustrated. My husband said call us if that’s still on your lot in a week then the manager laughed at us & said it won’t be. So he obviously doesn’t care if we missed out on this van, but he said “it hurts me to have to do this”. Such a joke. I guess some people say that’s a typical salesman, but I was hoping for more respect. I’ve been through this process enough times to see through the BS.

This is the exact reason people don’t typically like buying cars or dealing with car salesmen & dealerships, which is also why Carvana is so popular now.

Mr. Bowser- you def have a nice place & I loved seeing your special edition TAs, but I def felt disrespected & belittled after working with that manager.

Loved the lounge with the food network on.
They gave me a time and delivered bwcore the time was up so that was a plus.

Comment : Best service team. Lou, Jaime and Will do a great job. Customer care is their specialty. Always a good experience here. The technicians are also skilled and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this service shop.
