Comment : i took my car here after a wreck and they fixed everything up for me for pretty cheap but i guess you pay for quality because it's been 4 months since the wreck and first when i got the car back almost 2 months after my wreck the ac fan was faulty got it back a week later and the new fan they put in was still faulty. now we're in october a few months later and both the parts need replacement AGAIN. and on top of that the front desk lady knows absolutely nothing about the warranty what is she even there for? who knows. let's not mention how long it actually takes for anything to get done either my window regulator was out a few months ago my car sat there for 2 weeks before i just picked it up and had someone else work on it, they say they were trying to find a cheap part for me but it literally took a different mechanic 2 minutes to find a part for me and 3 days to put it in my car (bc of shipping). i appreciate the deals they gave me at the time but let's just say i will never take my car back here again.

Comment : Very rude people disrespectful and the place looks like a junkyard not like a automotive repair. Seems like the place is pretty rundown. I would not bring my vehicle there I'd rather work on it myself

Comment : Well, this shop is not an ordinary repair spot. The owner and his son were very kind and helpful when my car broke down one night. Luckily they offer 24hr tow service. And gave me a loaner to drive while my car was repaired. They went out of their way to accommodate me. My only problem with it all was the price, but it is what it is. Thanks to them im back on the road.

Comment : Only giving two stars because the lady up front is very nice & considerate. Other than that they are overpriced! & rude! The man who worked last night was rude and wanted to argue with me about what happened with my vehicle. He didn't care to listen or help. Very strange. Never seen someone so eager to antagonize & be argumentative with a customer. Go somewhere else and avoid this place if you can.

Comment : I was helping a friend that was in an accident recover items from his totaled car that was towed to Bosones. We wanted to call ahead to make sure we had correct documentation to retrieve the belongings. We spoke with some lady wearing a hat and obnoxious eye lashes, she stated that we couldn’t retrieve the items unless we had an insurance claim… then she asked us if we planned on “abandoning” the vehicle… we told her we were involved in a major accident and all we want as of now is to recover items out of the vehicle. She said no but we could take pictures. In the midst of this conversation we kept overlapping each other and there was no consideration on her part or understanding of the situation.… then as I’m with my friend inspecting his vehicle, I attempt to see if the trunk is latched. She yells from the golf cart “I’m about done with you two! You cannot recover any items! You need to take your pictures and be done!” I said “maam, this whole interaction you have had an attitude with me. We were both in two separate accidents simultaneously and we have had a rough 2 days. Just show some grace!” She said, “you guys were both talking over me and I’ll just say you attract more bees with honey than vinegar” I told her that the reason I talked over her is because I just recovered my own belongings out of my vehicle and didn’t need to show a CLAIM?! I just proof of ownership. She gave me a smirky smile, I said “that’s real cute”. My friend later that day called the police and afterwards was able to get his belongings. I haven’t researched this, but I feel that prohibiting us from getting his items was illegal.. this lady clearly hates her job and she needs to be terminated immediately. No consideration for others nor does she follow the policy of her employer… I will avoid this place at all costs.

Comment : Absolutely awful. They broke several things in my car and only fixed half of what I asked them to fix. The car is worth less now than when I took it to them. I'm never going here again. Awful, awful, awful service. Do not go here, they will just break your car more.

Comment : This service center cares about putting families cars back on the road affordably and with integrity?such a rare find these days. I can see why they have an impeccable service record for nearly 60 years. I can highly recommend this service shop effortlessly! ??
