Comment : Brought my honda accord here for transmission issues and they got it fixed for a fair price and quick turn around time! will definitely use them if i ever have a issue with any of my vehicles 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I called this auto shop to come across the street to jump start my car and it took 2 seconds…. I have 2 little kids in the car and the dude charge me $75!!! It took him 2 mins to get to me and 2 SECONDS to jump the car… less then 3 min job…. $75!!!! I was expecting him to tell me like $25 top if he didn’t want a $10 tip for the GENEROSITY because there were kids involved…. I didn’t have $75 to pay that kinda price!

Comment : It started off great with them towing my car and then it took 48 hours for them to tell me any diagnosis and that was after I had called twice and got no info so my husband called and within 30 minutes of him calling they called and told me it was fixed without even calling me with a price. Regardless I went to pick it up and was prepared to pay the price they told me only for them to tack on an extra $100 dollars after I got there.To top it off there were cigarette ashes in my car as well. The WORST customer service.
