Comment : Dropped of Monday. Was told 2-3 days for repair. It is now Friday, and they're giving me a loaner for the weekend because it's not done. Didn't plan on not getting my vehicle back when promised. Even emphasized to them at drop off that I needed it for work. Lost my trust. I won't be using them again.

Comment : Bonnells did a great job repairing the damage to my vehicle from an accident. They provided excellent customer service from the day I walked in to drop off my vehicle, throughout the repairs with updates, and at pick up. The job was also completed quicker than estimated, the work they did was impressive AND they even cleaned up the inside of my car which was unexpected and so appreciated. Zero complaints, I definitely recommend!
