Comment : I almost never write reviews, but almost five years after my experience with Bonnell's, I'm still having issues with my car. I had massive hail damage and a whole bunch of stuff needed replaced and repaired in April 2019. Well, they didn't hook up my sun roof drain properly when they did the body work. Fast forward to the beginning of 2024, when I noticed a wet spot on the roof of my car. My local mechanic identified the issue of the drain not being hooked up, and water had been getting into my car for almost five years. I had water damage I wasn't even aware of. Specifically, the water damage has caused damage to my seat frame and the air bag sensor that is in the frame. This means my air bags may not go off if I'm in an accident until the seat is replaced. The fact that Bonnell's was so negligent when repairing my car is frustrating, and I'm dealing with the aftermath almost five years later. Take your business elsewhere.EDIT on 3/11/2025: My original review was a 1 star for the reasons above. However, I was contacted by Bonnell's and they worked to make it right. Jody was so patient and helpful in the situation. She got me set up with a new passenger seat and I haven't had any issues since. She coordinated everything, including the rental car. I haven't had an issue with my air bag sensor or other related damage from the original issue since. Comment : They lied to me. Did more damage to my car then it had when it went there. Paint was terrible fish eyes, scratched and nicks after paint. Mike the manager is a joke. He lied to me multiple times
