Comment : Not only did I need a windshield replaced, but I also had hit a deer which caused extensive damage to the bumper and on the body. I was very impressed with the efficiency, communication and end product. What added the cherry on the top was the amazing cleaning job they did inside and out! I did not expect that! Outstanding!

Comment : Initial evaluation and estimate of my son’s truck was done early in April. Appointment made for June 3rd. I called Bonnells the prior week to ensure all the necessary parts were on hand for the repair and was told no issue. Scheduled date for completion of work was for June 13th!!! Nine days for a plastic bumper cover, headlight, fog light and wheel liners. June13th they called and said it wasn’t completed and would be on the 16th. Upon calling there on June 16th was told Toyota sent a wrong part and it would be done the next day. Finally received the vehicle back after 2 weeks, for something that should have taken a lot less time. Communication is poor, always have to check with someone else, never talk to the same person twice. Would not use them again.

Comment : I took my VW Tiguan in to get a through bumper hitch put on. From day 1 they were friendly and forth right in what I could expect from them. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Comment : Excellent customer service! Honda bumper falling off and piece was dragging on street. Pulled in and the mechanics fixed it up in 20 minutes.
Highly recommend this business and their incredible staff of mechanics!!
