Comment : Excellent customer service! Honda bumper falling off and piece was dragging on street. Pulled in and the mechanics fixed it up in 20 minutes.
Highly recommend this business and their incredible staff of mechanics!!

Comment : Bonnell’s did an excellent job on our vehicle repair. Was kept very well informed during the complete repair process which was totally different from last repair shop we had our vehicle too who acted upset when I called them a week into repair and they acted upset I was bothering them. In fact didn’t get our car back for over a month and really was not given a reason. But Bonnell’s was totally better. I would recommend them to everyone Bonnell’s did an fantastic job and were very accommodating

Comment : I've stopped into Bonnell's on W.26th Street in Erie, PA a few times for minor needs for my vehicles, and they have always been kind and helpful.
... On Monday, I stopped in for my appointment for an estimate to get what I thought to be paint bubbles fixed on my hood.
... It was a pleasure working with Nick. He was kind, patient, and informative.
... Best of all, my "paint bubbles" weren't paint bubbles afterall. They were clear, rock-hard sap droplets!
... Nick was kind enough to explain the safe removal of the two spots, and he went even further by removing the spots for me as a courtesy! A-mazing!

... Oh, and if I do ever need autobody services, I will definitely go to Bonnell's.
