Comment : The work was done beautifully and efficiently! My car was returned in significantly better shape on the inside and out than it was given in. The estimated price was accurate, my car was done by the projected date, the transition to the rental was smooth. And all the while, there was nothing but EXCELLENT customer service! Each person I interacted with was friendly, personable, and professional. I am so grateful for my experience and I cannot thank you all enough for the wonderful service!

Comment : Car looks like new. Perfect paint match. Mike was incredible to work with. Bonnell's in Erie is top notch in workmanship and customer service. Worked seamlessly with insurance company. Kept me up to date on progress and expected finish date with regular texts. That was unexpected but very, very nice. Great communication system.
