Comment : I had a mixed experience at Bommarito Nissan West. Micah was nice, professional, and easy to work with, which I appreciated.

However, I am very disappointed with the condition of my vehicle when it was returned to me. I brought my car in for a lock/unlock button repair, and when I got it back, I immediately noticed two cracks in my interior door panel that were not there before. When I brought this to their attention, I was told that I brought the vehicle in like that, which is simply untrue.

What does not make sense is this: if the damage had already been there, why was it not documented or included in the repair discussion? Why would it not have been addressed properly as part of the work being done in that exact area? Instead, it appears the panel was glued back together as a quick fix rather than repaired the right way (see photo).

Additionally, when they realized the part for my vehicle would be delayed, no loaner vehicle or alternative option was offered. That created unnecessary inconvenience and shows a lack of consideration for the customer’s time and needs.

While Micah provided good customer service, the handling of my vehicle and the lack of accountability for the damage is unacceptable. This experience has left me questioning the quality of work and overall customer care at this location.
