I bought my 2025 CX-90 from Chad, and the experience with everyone involved was fantastic. I highly recommend Chad and the Bommarito team. Driving this car was beyond my wildest dreams! It was simply amazing! I highly recommend this shop! I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family buying Mazdas from them! Their workmanship and assembly are the best I've ever seen! The service was also fantastic. Thank you to the team and Chad. I will definitely be back! 1 Reviews Jason brumitt Ellisville, MO Reviewed : 10/10/2025 Comment : I have personally owned four Mazdas. Love the value. Love the car. My service experience that I had at Bommarito Mazda West County was horrific. I called to set up an appointment for a warning light on my mazda6. The I eloop system needed an inspection. The gentleman on the phone said we open at 7:30 and I could drop my car off at that time in order to make it to work on time myself. I chose a date more than a week in advance in order to coordinate getting a ride from the dealership to work and back. My wife took off work that day in order to help get the vehicle looked at. Upon arriving Cari Carnahan came out to meet me in front of the garage door at the service entrance. She asked if she could help me and I said I had a 7:30 appointment. She told me there were no 7:30 appointments and that I was mistaken. She eventually found my appointment which was made by the gentleman on the phone at 8:00 a.m.. after describing the reason for the visit I left my car and proceeded to work. I called bommarito West county Mazda 12:00 p.m. to get an update on the status. The gentleman who answered the phone said my vehicle was in the bay and they will be calling me shortly. I did not hear from anyone until I received a text message at 4:11 p.m. I promptly called back to speak with the service consultant regarding their recommendations. She was unavailable and the person who did answer the phone said she would call back shortly. I waited 30 minutes and called back at 4:45 p.m. The gentleman on the phone said that Cari had left for the day. I asked if the mechanic who worked on the car was available to speak with me. He informed me that actually all technicians were gone for the day from the service department. I informed him that my ride back to their facility had pick me up and I was in route to pick up the vehicle. He informed me that no one was available to talk with me about the vehicle and that it was in the bay still being worked on. I arrived at the facility and told the person at the counter about the situation. No one had called me at all throughout the day to discuss the status of my vehicle. No one had told me that I would not be able to get my vehicle back that day. I demanded that my vehicle be made ready so I could leave immediately. The service manager was contacted via phone. Grant Terrill was near the facility and arrived within 2 to 3 minutes. The service director Grant put the pieces back in the car and pulled it out of the service Bay. Despite me standing 20 ft away. Grant made no contact with me regarding the situation. Grant made no apologies for the inconvenience and terrible communication. So I took my vehicle and left. I read through the inspection report that was sent via text message. It stated that I had a bad battery which is a known cause for the iI e eloop warning. I immediately drove to O'Reilly Auto parts and had them test the battery. The battery was showing 12.4 volts and did not need replacement. The gentleman helping with the battery test showed me how to reset the warning light. No further issues were had. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Bommarito Mazda Service for any reason. 1 Reviews Lisa penny Ellisville, MO Reviewed : 10/06/2025 Comment : 1 Reviews Mhough126 Ellisville, MO I would be very wary of taking my car for service there. The ad clearly stated brand new tires brand new brakes. After buying the car about a month in I had to get everything replaced and I invested about $2000 into the car because The brakes and rotors burnt up because they were sticking. Didn’t happen till a few days after driving it off the lot. It even went through service before I got the car and I guess they missed that? Total scam there’s a reason this place is rated 2.6 on dealer.com. Frank Bommarito is 100% a scammer. 1 Reviews Todd b Ellisville, MO Reviewed : 07/28/2025 Comment : The service department here is incredible! Joe cares about his job and will do the most to accommodate you and your vehicles needs. Compassionate employees all around. Prompt service, on-time, and have always been offered a loaner. I don't even bother taking my car to Lou Fusz anymore (where I bought the car unfortunately) 1 Reviews Joanne knight Ellisville, MO Reviewed : 07/23/2025 Comment : Do not buy a used car from the dealership they do not stand by their word.. are car buying experience from there end up being a nightmare 1 Reviews Sarah pruden Ellisville, MO Reviewed : 07/08/2025 Comment : 1 Reviews Joshua bailey Ellisville, MO Reviewed : 07/02/2025 Comment : Cari Carnahan is the service advisor that has been honest, helpful, and always willing to get the answers you are seeking.
