Comment : My wife and I recently bought a CX-50 from here and it was the easiest sales experience I've ever had. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the cars and was quick to show us both a CX-30 and a CX-50 so she could see the size difference between the two and, since we're currently expecting, he provided some personal anecdotes that helped us make an informed decision. When it came time for the paperwork, they didn't try to tack on any mandatory accessories and were even nice enough to redo the deal when my wife decided she'd rather have the white instead of the grey. I personally avoid auto dealers as much as possible, but if it finally makes sense for me to get a new Miata, this will be where I buy.

Huge thank you too all the techs as well, during my service visits they always are proactive and fix the little things that could become bigger things for me, without being asked! It is truly appreciated! As well as a huge shoutout to Randy at the Collision Center—he went above and beyond helping me not only with repairs but also gave some amazing insight and recommendations for a few cosmetic upgrades I had in mind. Super knowledgeable and honest! I came here after being OBVIOUSLY taken advantage of at another Mazda Dealer now I and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else now. This team makes you feel like family AND will take amazing care of your car! Highly recommend! :D'>

Comment : I can't say enough good things about this Mazda dealership! From the moment I brought in my 2021 Mazda3, I was treated with genuine care and professionalism. Huge shoutout and thank you to Jim in the Service Center, he always makes sure my car is up to date on all its maintenance needs, which I majorly appreciate since I never remember what’s due or when. As well as going above and beyond for me when I was in a sticky situation with transportation post-service and was a decent distance way! He’s patient, thorough, and truly looks out for you.

All dealership staff, especially Cari in service, were very honest, transparent, and were genuinely interested in providing a great experience. 10/10, highly recommend! Comment : I Purchased a new CX50 Hybrid vehicle on Dec 27, 2024. I received the standard 60 day temp tag on vehicle that would expire on Feb 24, 2025. I did not want to use their servicer to register the vehicle and asked if I could register myself. They said no, Mazda requires dealers to use their servicer. About a week before my temp tag expired I called dealer to inquire about my registration and tags as I had not received them. To my surprise they had not done a thing with my registration and tags. They said they were waiting on me to provide proof of insurance. Wait, what? That s easy I can send it immediately I told them. I asked them how was I supposed to know they were waiting on my insurance. I had not been contacted by anyone. No phone call, no email. They said they sent email on Feb 14. Wait a second, Feb 14? They expected Department of Motor Vehicles to turn around a registration and get me my license plate in 10 days? So I checked my email and found it in my spam folder with the heading title registration from an unknown person I ve never dealt with from the Dealership. There s a reason it s a 60 day tag cause that s how long it takes Counties/State to process.I ve contacted both my sales person and the GM directly to resolve the issue. I was told it was being expedited. My sales person told me he was unaware of the issue and he would find out what s going on and call me back. A week later, crickets. No responseWhen I asked when I should expect my plates so I could legally drive my car. I was told to just send them my traffic ticket and they would pay. Seriously?Today marks 68 days and I don t even know if anything has been sent in.Extremely frustratedI Purchased a new CX50 Hybrid vehicle on Dec 27, 2024.
