Comment : Bought a Mazda CX-5 on 3/12/26 and it was the most pleasurable and stress free car buying experience of our lifetime. In and out within 3 hours. Conor Bach was an exceptional sales consultant. We were offered way more than we expected on our trade in and finance experience was just as smooth. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. We switched from Honda to Mazda after 24 years and really excited to drive my CX-5.

Comment : I drive over 30 minutes to this location for service on my Mazda because of the excellent customer service I've consistently received here. Most recently, shout out to Cole and the rest of the team for going above and beyond to fix a document snafu. All of the services I've received have been high quality and timely and and they've communicated well. I'll continue to come back.

Comment : On Friday February 27th I purchased a 2025 Mazda Cx5. (Picture below). I can?t recommend this dealership enough. It seems they went beyond professional standards to give me what I expected for my trade in. Pat Connor was the salesman Conor Bach explained the inside of the car in great detail thankfully since it had so many new things my old Mazda didn?t have. Thank you also to Grant Woods for making the financing steps quick and easy. This is my third Mazda and if you are considering buying one west county Mazda is the place to go. Ask for these gentleman they are the best.

I was turned away when asking if we could look at one and potentially test drive it, as we "we're here to buy." I find that excuse lacking, as all the managers were in one office on their phones and joking and laughing doing what seems like very little work. It should've been a red flag when we asked about a vehicle they had on the lot, and just told us to "look out back for it" and didn't even bother to help find it in the sea of cars out back. Nevertheless I will restate that wasting their time wasn't my priority and I even stated my friend would be willing to buy the vehicle out of state if needed from this dealer... but we were ignored still and shut down.

At most I'm surprised Mazda allows this to happen, as I had a way better experience at the St.Peters Bommarito Dealership, where Mark Schulte was way more accommodating and willing to get me in a vehicle to test drive to get an idea for my friend. We talked about various other Mazda options, and the Bommarito 200k powertrain warranty that would be honored nationwide at any Mazda dealer. I was highly impressed, and he was very down to earth and was happy to give me the service I sought that West County Mazda couldn't do... which is quite sad and very disappointing. If you ever want to look at a Mazda go to St.Peters and avoid West county until they fix their customer relation issues, which I've heard is very common of this specific location.

At most do better, and I can't recommend this location to anyone, besides asking them to steer clear. Go to any other and come here as a last resort. I'm willing to give them a chance again in the future... but not until I've been given the reassurance that all customers, no matter if they're buying or looking at the market for potential vehicles are treated the same. Also hurts the quality and brand that is Mazda if you ask me.'>

Comment : I recently visited this dealership with the hopes of test driving a vehicle I'd recommend for a friend to buy since they're generally always busy, and lives out of state.
