Comment : Steve and Stan were great service advisors Steve got me in and Stan was with me for the appt. He was terrific explained things to me. After my appt I got home and thought I had a leak so he told me to come back and he would have it checked out. When I returned Stan got me straight in and the service Tech Nick looked it over and showed me all that he did and showed me there was no leaks and it most likely a A/C condensation leak even though my a/c was not on; he explained how it still could happen. I felt very reassured and apologized for freaking out-Stan and Nick said do not feel bad better safe then sorry. I will be back when I need service again. Stan and Nick provided “Legendary Customer Service” at a level not seen often.
