Comment : I wish I could give 10 stars! Dan W. and his service team are incredible! I had been getting my QX60 serviced by a neighborhood mechanic, thinking that would save me money - I was wrong. I took my car to Bommarito INFINITI for 100,000 mile service and it was much more affordable than the neighborhood mechanic and came with the peace-of-mind that the work was done by INFINITI experts with INFINITI parts. The car is now running like brand new and I am excited to put on the next 100,000 miles.
A huge thank you to Dan and everyone at Bommarito INFINITI!

Comment : Customer service from the service manager Dan was amazing! Prior to coming to this location maybe a year ago, I was considering switching out my Infiniti for another vehicle because the customer service at another location was horrible.. however I can honestly say with this location, it has been an experience expected when having a luxury car..I won’t go into all of the details about the situation on or prior to 8/12. But what I will say is Thank You Dan.. for being an amazing manger…and not only hearing my concerns just to hear them.. but you heard my concerns to have a solution to the problem.. Thank you for being you, and thank for you for setting the tone of exceptional customer service, and making me feel like a valued customer.

The reason they gave for the heat issue was a coolant leak. I was a bit surprised because the car has not lost any coolant (over years). I have not had to refill it at all and the car has not run hot at all. Mind you, like I said, this problem has been going on for a few years. I've talked to other mechanics who've also looked at it and they are pretty sure it's a computer or programming issue which is why I took it to the dealership. So I spent about $180 for a diagnosis for what I was pretty sure wasn't correct.

So I left and continued to watch the temperature on my car and the coolant levels. No issues. I've since taken it to two very reputable mechanics about other issues and had them check this out and they have also said that it's probably a computer programming issue. I have called the dealership multiple times and requested to talk to the service manager about my experience. I've left him a direct voicemail and I have left messages with the people who answer the phone who assure me that he will call me back. After multiple attempts, I have gotten zero response.

So here's my summary. This place is a rip-off. They lie to you and don't try to actually find the problem with your car. They don't care about their customers enough to call them back. They will come up with a bunch of things that are not really wrong and charge you for them. If I had gone with what they would have recommended I would have spent thousands on my car for things that were not wrong with it. In fact, like I said, I've had it in with two very reputable mechanic shops and both have complimented me for how well my car is taken care of and what good condition it is in.

So take that for what you will but I would avoid this place at all costs. Maybe they will read this review and decide to finally get back to me and make good on this bad experience. I doubt it though.'>

Comment : This review covers an experience going back about 6 months and my subsequent attempts to rectify a problem with my car. Bear with me for a little bit of history for context.

I took my car, a 2019 Q50, to this dealership with a problem that I suspected was something computer programming related. The car actually came from Nashville, TN. I got it when it was almost brand new, 6,000 miles. It was a program car. I moved to Florida and then have lived in other places far south where it doesn't get cold. I noticed when I came back to this part of the country that the heat would not come out the upper vents continuously but would usually continuously come out the lower floor vents. I just put up with it because I wasn't living here long at the time when I first realized the problem. Then I moved to the St. Louis metro area permanently and this last winter was very cold for a very long time so I decided I needed to get this addressed. I took it to this dealership and explained the problem that had been going on for a long time. They came back with a whole long list of things that were supposedly wrong with the car.
