Comment : Brought my Bronco Sport in for an oil change and tire rotation. 1st time customer. I was very impressed with the exceptional customer service. Donnie treated me very nicely. Waited for about an hour in the clean and comfortable waiting area. Good snacks and coffee were complimentary while I waited.

Love my new truck! 100% real facts, if they did not have the FREE dealer 10yr/200,000 mile power train warranty I wouldn't have drove 2hr to buy.

The negative part of my experience -The guy selling me a $6,000 package of ?insurance? and things to fix on a brand new car was extremely frustrating. It?s such a scam. DO NOT fall for it. Do not waste your money!!! I?m so glad my 18 year old was with me to learn a valuable lesson in not being sold an unnecessary item.

Comment : I personally would never buy a car from bommarito ever again? the company has multiple locations that makes profit from parts and sales and still wanna charge people $300 for an hour of service to only diagnose it stating their employees have to gt paid to ? it won?t even take and hour to take the tire off and tell me if they see something broken? I know Federico and Kia in woodriver are wayyy better ???????
