I purchased my second vehicle from her in 11 months. She is extremely professional and really cares about her clients. She took the time to answer all my questions and walked me through my different options during my decision process. I couldn’t be happier with my new Canyon Denali.. Thank you Colleen for putting me in the nicest truck I have ever owned!!! I am one happy and extremely satisfied customer….. 1 Reviews Matthew moore Ellisville, MO Reviewed : 04/29/2026 Comment : Don’t write reviews, but this place left me so frustrated here I am. Waste of a day and am now going somewhere else for the future. Have only been here once before and it was meh.Scheduled service. Routine maintenance, oil change and tire rotation. Easy service 2 hours max. Also requested to investigate a squeaky belt and small oil leak I’ve noticed in driveway. No problem. Had done in past in other vehicles, belt is a quick thing, leaking oil can be discussed and scheduled later if needed.Anyway, I dropped off at 9AM. The service shouldn’t take more than 2 hours so I was planning on just working in their lobby while I wait. When I showed up they said it should be done by tomorrow, it’s an overnight drop off at 9AM. I said what, I’m not aware of that? I don’t have a pick up (It’s a 2 hour service max and I’m scheduled at 9AM). Do you have a loaner? No, that’s 2 weeks out. Ok…. So, I have to uber home for $30. I get home and get a phone call that I need to come and pickup my firearm stored in the vehicle before they can work on it…. Now, they could have told me before I left as it’s visible when they take your keys to get your mileage + plus it was serviced here before without this issue. In addition, my firearm IS in a fingerprint secured lock, so more secure than a glove box. But I now have to uber back for another $30 and then uber back home for another $30. So half the day is wasted, no service is done on my vehicle, and I’m out $90. Why “schedule” a time slot for a service when they won’t even start working on your vehicle. And why in the world is it a 2-day drop off….. for maintenance service: oil change and tire rotation….Annoyed. Not going back. Waste of day and money. Firearm thing is pretty specific to me, but others be warned you can be inconvenienced on their scheduling just as well. 1 Reviews David o'dell Ellisville, MO Reviewed : 04/28/2026 Comment : 1 Reviews Susan elliott Ellisville, MO Reviewed : 04/25/2026 Comment : My husband and I had to purchase another vehicle when our truck was totaled by a driver who ran a red light and sent us to the hospital. Dealing with the nightmare of insurance was horrific. We started looking at various dealerships for another truck, and every dealership we visited was worse than the last. We happened to see an ad for Bommarito Buick GMC on autotrader. We decided to give the dealership a chance after calling for additional information and noticing that they were extremely helpful and no pressure so...we made the drive to Ellisville. Colleen, our salesperson, and Larry the sales manager at Bommarito were absolutely fantastic to work with! I didn't think honesty and integrity existed within the car buying industry anymore, and I was wrong. We are now the proud owners of a new GMC truck. We will be customers for life. 1 Reviews D wakeman Ellisville, MO Reviewed : 04/15/2026 Comment : 1 Reviews Charles mcintire Ellisville, MO Reviewed : 04/13/2026 Comment : We made a 930 appointment to get a new rim put on my wife?s car ,we purchased the rim from bommarito and we waited for over 2 1/2 hours when they finished 5 other people that came in after us ,when I went to check on the rim to see how much longer it would be it took 25 minutes total to finish it , they hadn?t even started it.we said we wanted to get the rim to take it back to the people that damaged it ,I was told that there was a core charge. Why would I be charged a core charge when I bought the rim out right ?And I was told 75 dollars but the paperwork said $50 core I didn?t take it.Then the service guy Ben was fairly rude when my wife mentioned that another company damaged the rim he gave his strong opinion that it was road rash or a curb , which my wife felt like he was insinuating she did it.Secondly when I took my truck in I had him look at my steering column and my power bed cover and they said they don?t do those covers but it was installed by GM. I took it to another GM dealer and they ordered me a new one because it was under warranty. They didn?t even wanna bother with my top so I had to go somewhere else to get it taken care of. they basically told me that they don?t work on them. The other GM dealer said that anybody can work on them. It?s a GM installed part. 1 Reviews Vincent pavia Ellisville, MO Reviewed : 04/08/2026 Comment : Great customer service with no pressure sales tactics.
