Comment : Brought my 2023 Envision for first oil change and chip installment. Josh in the service department was great to work with. He was friendly and efficient. He checked my car for any scratches, chips and dinks before going in for service. Service desk seems very organized and professional.

Comment : Tuesday before Thanksgiving went in to test drive 2 vehicles, a Yukon and a Sierra 1500 truck. I called ahead and gave them the 2 VIN numbers that I saw on their website. When I arrived the vehicles were up front waiting for me to test drive. Colleen provided exceptional service for the test drives. After the test drives I chose the Yukon. The sales process with Colleen and Larry, the Sales Manager, were pleasant and went smoothly. Cory the Finance person explained the extended warranties thoroughly and I highly recommend them based on all the bells and whistles on todays vehicles. The only ding thus far that I would give on this dealership was their customer wait room. Very small and dated.

Comment : Last week, I chatted with a gal through the Bommarito GMC website and scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I called the dealership directly this morning to confirm, and lo and behold, they had no record of my appointment. I spoke with a friendly gentleman and got the appointment "re-scheduled", but who in the hell did I spend ten minutes chatting with and what good did it do me? I have no complaints about the service Bommarito offers, but please do something about this crappy chat system. Thanks!

Comment : I cannot give Austin and his team in the service department enough praise on fixing my Apple CarPlay! I bought my Buick Encore GX from Lou Fusc Buick, but they were absolutely ZERO help in trying to get my issue resolved for over a year and kept blowing me off. Austin and his team went above and beyond for me! I'll be going back to them for all of my future car services!
