Comment : Rich was really personable and friendly. He didn't try to oversell or push us to buy a vehicle. He went through all of the vehicle's gadgets so we knew what all it could do.
We had tested a Buick at another dealership and the salesman was rude and made us feel like we were wasting his time. Rich didn't make us feel that way at all. We appreciated that and also him talking to us, not at us. He was a great salesman.
The financial process was also a smooth process. We were in and out within an hour, which we appreciated since we had our baby with us. There was no pressure to buy additional add-ons.
The entire process, start to finish, was a great experience.

Comment : I purchased a used Chevy diesel from Jamie working out of GMC used car sales department close to 3 months ago. The sales process, went extremely smoothly, quickly and honestly, starting with sales next financing and I was leaving with my new vehicle in under 2 hours. Fast forward to 2 weeks prior to the post date for this review and it is too long and pointless to tell the story that explains all the issues,
caused by Dave Sinclair GMC, (yep no regrets publicizing), that lead to Pat (service manager), the service department (including the advisors and technicians) and Bommarito GMC as a dealership to not only work the job in almost immediately, but just took two days to diagnose a unknown problem caused by the additional for mentioned dealership, get parts together and the technicians got her back up and running in an impressively fast timeframe. And did it all with class. Wonderful dealership to work with before, during and after the sale. There are at least a handful of dealerships in the STL that are still generationally family owned and operated throughout many many years and it becomes very clear to the general public, which of those "passed down" dealership where taken over by children and grandchildren that have tremendous pride in passing on their family's legacy in an honorable fashion and The Bommarito Family is leading the way!

Comment : Just wanted to share our thanks and appreciation for Dave Anderson for all of his hard work! Not only did we get the first car we ordered, but we also bought a SECOND brand new car from Dave in the process. We are very happy with our Enclave Avenir and also our Envision GT and would not have bought two brand new cars had it not been for Dave's help. You have an excellent sales representative in Dave who really listens to his customers and goes above and beyond in understanding his customers' needs.

We have developed a relationship with Dave - we will be back in the future to purchase more vehicles when the time comes.
