Comment : In April of this year, I had Patriot Towing of Washington, Missouri tow my 2014 Audi Q7—an inherited vehicle from my late uncle—to West County Audi for service.

Within one week, I spent $4,800 getting the car back into shape. However, as I drove away, I noticed the windshield had been cracked. I immediately sent photos to the general manager and service team, including images from Patriot Towing showing the car before and after drop-off. The photos clearly showed there was no crack prior to delivery.

To their credit, the former service manager, Dale (who is no longer there), worked with me to replace the windshield at no cost. I was very appreciative at the time.

Unfortunately, less than two months later, a new 10-inch crack appeared starting from the hood and running upward. It was obvious the installation was subpar, and I later discovered that the old rearview mirror mount had been reused and broken in the process—the mirror now falls off while driving.

I reached out directly to the general manager again, but this time received no response. Between the $7,000 I’ve invested into this car in under six months, the poor workmanship, and the lack of follow-up communication, I’m extremely disappointed.

I didn’t want to leave this review, but I feel it’s fair to share my experience. I’ve been an Audi fan for years and was even considering purchasing a new Q7, but if this level of service is becoming the norm, I’ll likely explore other manufacturers. Not to mention, other dealers than West County Audi.

Comment : I purchased a 2025 Q5 from Bommerito a few weeks ago. I was told by the sales person, Tristan, that there was remote start on the vehicle as this feature was a must have for me and I made that clear to Tristan. I was told I would have to call Audi Connect to set up the remote start only to find out that this car is not equipped with remote start. When I called to speak to Tristan about this he told me that on Sept 20th remote start would be available. I also left a message to speak with the sales mgr, Booker. When he finally called me I was then informed that none of the late 2025 Audi's have remote start. So that means Tristan lied to me again. Basically just said sorry to me. I asked Booker to speak with the GM and call me back as to some solution to make this right, he said he would call me the next day. Now, several days later still no call. I am now having their logo removed from my car as i will not promote a business that lies to get a sale. I was really hoping they would even offer some merch or something as a gesture to at least attempt to act like they were sorry. I do not recommend this dealership if honesty is of importance to you.
