For starters, I live a little over 3 hrs from the dealership. So I asked lots of questions about the truck I wanted to purchase. Asked multiple times about a specific spot on the rear bumper that looked like a dent. Was told by multiple sales people that it was just the lighting from the picture. Even had one send me a walk around video where she was supposed to let me know if there were any scratches, dents or dings. From the video I couldn't tell but she again said there weren't any. So I decided to sell my car and get a ride to their dealership. Upon arrival I was put off to another salesperson the 3rd one (Nathan). He was great! They pulled the truck up and he took me out there to see it. They said it was detailed. (Not sure who they have detail there vehicles but they need to be fired) it was like someone pured stuff in every perforated seat. I asked if they were kidding. I did a walk around and noticed a few dents and that rear bumper id been asking them about 3 times was dented. No way they missed that when they looked at it. I told them im leaving and going to get lunch and come back and we might beable to discuss a new deal. When I came back they said they had it finished detailed again. I went to look at it and again it was dirty. The salesperson Nathan couldnt believe they sent it back again like this so he himself went and got cleaning supplies and started cleaning it. Again Nathan was great and the only reason I decided to purchase the truck after we did some more negotiations. It was a used truck and I expected some dings and stuff but didnt expect to be lied to multiple times by 2 other salesperson. The decided to take more money off the truck and I went to go sign the paperwork and while reading the contract I realized they just took the money off the truck and added it to the gap insurance that was already agreed upon previously with another financial personnel a few days prior. So make sure your reading your contract before you sign anything. If I didnt really love the truck I would have gotten up and left. And maybe i still should have. So today I spent a few hrs detailing the truck and it looks great inside now. But should have been done days before I arrived. All in all the place was not good to work with except Nathan. I never missed any payments and have excellent credit. I paid my personal property tax on my leased vehicle. Their finance department is still sending me invoices for due property tax despite speaking to management, proof of receipt from the county and bank statements. I returned my vehicle early due to other poor customer service experiences. The public is accustomed to having adversarial role regarding shopping for vehicles and dealing with salesman. I can proudly say this was not the case. I was upfront with my needs, which they respected without haggling or trying to force an upsell. Don, Jim and Sohn were professional, respectful, and answered all my questions by showing rather than simply telling. This engagement sets them apart and brings great credit to their organization. The entire buying process was very smooth and did not last long. Sohn brought me to the vehicle and demonstrated many of the features of the Audi with expert knowledge. Don and Jim were straightforward and spoke in plain terms, which is very appreciated.
