When checking in for our appointment, we were told there was not one and would need to wait our turn- 1 1/2 hours then 45 minutes for the oil change. I showed her the email appointment notice- date, time, confirmation. She said "that is not a guaranteed appointment, you still wait your turn in line. Appointments allow us to know how many people are planning to come, then we know how many technicians to schedule".
