Comment : Shockingly fair. I don't go to a dealership expecting to be treated respectfully and paying a fair price. I expect to be manipulated and overcharged. Megan and the team were kind, truthful and actually helped negotiate a fair price for a very significant engine repair. Work was done quicker than I expected (less than two weeks) and the car runs great. Now I'm hoping to get another 100,000 miles out of it.

Comment : They had the car we wanted and got things ready before we arrived (including the removal of a dent). We got an excellent interest rate after they shopped for the best deal. It was a quick and pleasant experience. Communication on some of the other miscellaneous charges could have been better. Overall, however, it was a good experience.
