Comment : 2/21/2025 Update: They've since changed their name from Orozco to Raven's. It seems they're no longer offering the door to door service or there are now conditions that weren't made clear. I also did not appreciate the comments when we brought in our other car for service. It's not our fault the Fullerton and this location don't seem to connect to the same database, so they were unaware that we are a two car household. The implication that there is something shady about our car was unnecessary.i came here after 2 visits to Firestone still didn't fix the issue i needed and i was also due for some routine maintenance. i really hope they continue the driver service because it was super convenient. staff was super friendly and the car was returned to me in great condition. it ran soooo smooth.2/21/2025 Update: They've since changed their name from Orozco to Raven's. Comment : I had the front struts replaced on my 2012 Porsche Panamera. I arrived at the Garden Grove location a day before, I had the work done to make an appointment . I was told to come back in the next morning at 8 AM. The owner of Orozco's ( Raven's),Automotive arrived early and check my car in at 7:30 AM. Since I had no ride home lined up and was going to catch the bus the owner was gracious enough to give me a ride home while his mechanic started working on my car. The work was completed at about 11:30 AM. I would recommend Orozco's to everyone to satisfy your maintenance needs because they work on foreign and domestic automobiles, are customer service oriented. Their establishment is clean and uncluttered. Lastly the maintenance was done on my car with no errors and the price was reasonable. This is why I gave them 5 Stars.Sincerely, David L. Comment : Wife urgently dropped our old workhorse off after experiencing some on-again/off-again issues. Orozco???s quickly found the issues (it???s old so found some other issues). The most important was tackled and repaired. Tech???s are always polite and friendly. Comment : Had an emergency on a Friday afternoon and Jacob, hung around until the tow company arrived, very professional and very detailed in their assessment of the problem. Comment : I had a bad experience, I paid for a test that maybe they didn't even do because they are guessing what the problem was and to make matters worse they told me that they had changed a part and apparently that wasn't the case, the problem continues and the part that they changed is not new.

Comment : My experience with Orozco???s Automotive was positive. My first impression was how respectful they were to me, a woman.I was offered a bottle of water while I waited for the owner/manager who was assisting with an issue in the garage. I was offered a ride home while they worked on the car, and back. The brake job has a warranty of two years, not one year, as provided at the Dealership and cost less as well. I am very pleased with the care my car receivedMy experience with Orozco???s Automotive was positive.
