Comment : We had a problem with the alternator on our RV. We couldn't get help from a Ford dealer but found Bobby Tyson's. They took us in right away and confirmed that the alternator needed to be replaced. They ordered the part and when it arrived Travis installed it in less than an hour. Travis did an excellent job and the charge was much as expected. This is a small shop but I would highly recommend them.

Comment : My husband and I are are Mazda owners and have always taken our cars to Mazda for service but in the last few months (since merging with JAllen) they have been too busy to get us in and Bobby Tyson's has come through for us on numerous occasions! They have always managed to help us when we're in a bind, are very generous with their time, reasonably priced, professional and friendly! Comment : I have never dealt with a more honest decent group of people. They spent three days on my car and did not charge me one dime for diagnostics. They were honest enough to tell me to take it to a dealership to make sure what the issue was and I Quoted a very large amount to fix it and Bobby Tyson gave me a quote for $1200 cheaper. I am bringing my car back down to them. I highly recommend.
