Comment : I came here because I saw many positive reviews from others. Sadly that was not my experience. Since making a phone call for an appointment I already sense something "red flag." The person on the phone was not nice at all. But I insisted to come and defied my gut feeling. "Well, the review were great!" I told myself. Second, when i came to the office, I was welcomed by very unpleasant experience. The desk person yelled at a mechanic! That was a second red flag. I still said to myself, well that was a coincidence and maybe that is their culture here. And anyway the reviews are great.

Eventually, that happened to me as well. They did a comprehensive exam for an engine code just to not really found what is the real cause. The code came back twice. I went there again and talked even to the mechanic the code was not lean but rich and even i did my OBD2 test just to be gaslighted. I came back there again for the third time and the person on the desk instead of apologizing for making me came back there
three times, started to blame me; not only gaslighting me but also patronizing me. This is not normal, this is humiliation.

I am done! This is not just about car. This is about human dignity and our values as human being.

Comment : Since Costa’s (local favorite automotive repair shop closed - Dick Costa retired) - I’ve been taking my cars here to Wark’s. Each time work is prompt, fixed completely and priced fairly. I am becoming a regular customer.

Comment : I dropped my car off at 8am before work for an inspection. The person at the front desk helped me make sure I had the right documents, patiently explained what they looked like when I brought the wrong ones, and gave me multiple options for submitting them. I will definitely be returning next year for my next inspection.
