Comment : I was hoping to learn more about my transmission in my f-150. I've had some slippage and watched enough YouTube videos to be alarmed. Even though I bought extra warranty I'm not to sure they did the right service but service mgr thought it was okay. I will find out hopefully not wasted money

Comment : Had an issue with my truck throwing a Check Engine Light as well as a Wrench icon. Took it to their service and turned out to be a defective Throttle Body. Had it replaced and the truck runs smooth now.

Comment : The service was replacing the spark plugs on my Telluride. Which was preformed but now I have a rattle when I drive it. They did a test drive and then handed it over to me. When I drove out of your driveway it started rattling. I live over an hour away, so now I have to drive it back to get it fixed. That's a waste of my time and add on to that the high price of gas. I hope you can give some kind of compensation. Thank you.

Comment : I took my wife's Acura to get an oil change and tire rotation. I use Quick Lane services for my 4 vehicles. The service is always great, from the time I get out of my car until I pay my bill. There is someone there to greet me when I pull up, and that same person keeps me informed of what is going on throughout the time they are servicing my vehicles. The waiting room is always so clean, and I love the hot chocolate (free). I get excellent discount coupons so it is very affordable. I would recommend Quick Lane to everyone.

Comment : I'm giving 4 out of 5 because the service was fantastic, great work and everyone is very friendly. The reason for 4 is on the way home I said was driving in front of me and he noticed that the right running light was burnt out, and I'm not sure how that was missed.

Comment : After the oil change I left and as I was driving I noticed my oil cap sitting by my windshield wiper. I had to pull over and reinstall. This could have caused engine damage if not corrected. I never would have known there was a problem if it had fallen off on the road. I take my truck to Bob Utter because I assume a Ford dealership will get things right and avoid most other oil change places. Honestly, my trust is shaken.
